Most likely this exchange is already gradually coming to a point where it would become scam.Lots of issues about stopping or holding withdrawals.
You can see a bunch of them similar on your case. Try to visit out their main thread https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=378827.0 and you
might read up some possible answers you do seek.

I've been heard a lot of issues about in HITBTC, some circumstances that I've known was that this platform exchange was giving a high charge transaction fee to the most of their clients, and now they hold you coins. Probably, they may have a reason why they're doing it, maybe you didn't submit completely they're KYC requirement, while you've been using their exchange platform for a years something like that.

Hmm. I admit that I still have some shitcoins and a few stable coins stuck in that exchange. It's not that big amount though so I will not lost anything if they decided to exit scam.

I also read someone posting about the issue of not withdrawing, so I don't know if they're are going to scam everyone at this point. It took them years to sort of established their names, so if they scam us right now, it's going to be a big lost on them.

I have been using Hitbtc but no issue so far.  It is possible if you are not verified that you hit a 1 BTC daily limit and 5 BTC monthly limit.  If you did hit this limit, your withdrawal will be on hold.  But I believe it should be their responsibility to notify you about the issue.

There are still many users who have difficulty withdrawing their money and even this exchange takes customer money very professionally. I don't think this exchange could be safe in the future because so many people are report bad behavior of the exchange so if you are using this exchange it is best to choose a better exchange. Personally, I have had a small problem when withdrawing money and they took me up to a week to transfer it to me.

When we start to see complaint about withdraw from an exchange it is time for us to rethink and start to avoid those exchanges. I remember what happened some months ago with cryptopia, people were complaining about withdrawal like we are hearing about hitbtc now and the next thing we here was shut down. I loved hitbtc but we must face the Reality and though I might be wrong.

Hope op will read this and see if the error is from himself!  Some time we may forget to follow the exchange terms and conditions and their may not bend any rules for us.

Is anyone having issues withdrawing funds from HitBTC?  I am not able to withdraw and not returning email.

There are ongoing rumors that HitBTC is insolvent (but still in operation)

Withdrawal delays, high withdrawal fees for some coins, hidden team are some red flags of this exchange. I can remember that John McAfee slammed HitBTC and said that it's a fraud few months ago. I think he is correct.

My advice is don't deposit your coins to HitBTC and stay away from HitBTC for your own safety.

That is why you always have to double check where you put your money. So many exchanges but just a few of them are really trustworthy and run legitimate business. Although not all of them are scam, some got into financial troubles or have problems because of multiple owners and similar.

centralize exchanges are becoming vulnerable and are gradually exiting. i use to like HITBTC for they also pump coins just like the yobit but with issues like this, it helps the bad publicity of cryptoccurrencies.  do you think  its already time for the dexes?

they  recently ask kyc to all users, maybe its the  reason too.  i myself didn't submit documents, i will have to if needed.

Dexes is already available but the fact that people do still decide to use up these centralized exchange even knowing the potential
requirement on having that verification process.

I've tried up Hitbtc on the past and i didnt experience any problem with withdrawals but the thing which do make me quit is on
having a horrendous amount of fee being charge anytime i do make a withdrawal.

I stopped using SHitBTC since last year due to the market situation and I didn't come back until now. I had shit coins there but I think as of now they are nonsense to the crypto market.
Sad to say that probably this is the sign of their exit scam just like cryptopia recently hacking incidents which until now there is nothing clear information of the hackers. And now what? Hitbtc? No doubt on this since they have a ton of complaint everywhere. Time to avoid or stay away(much better) on this exchange that might be going to hack us.

Yes, they do the KYC system, and I think that could be the problem for people who cannot withdraw their funds from hitbtc.
I am not yet filling any data in hitbtc because I want to wait for a while for something.
Maybe OP can follow to completing the KYC, or he can ask the support system so he can know what the real problem for the withdrawing the funds is.

I have been using Hitbtc and I haven't experienced any inconvenience so far. Yes, they're requiring Kyc and maybe that's the reason why their funds are on hold.
You could contact their support for your query.
There is traffic in some transactions but you could report it immediately.

Is anyone having issues withdrawing funds from HitBTC?  I am not able to withdraw and not returning email.

In any aspects of issues in the exchange particularly in transaction in withdrawal, I most often heard issues about this HitBTC, and sometimes I heard also the transaction fee of charge was also high. But in my experience, though it is very seldom for me to use it, I never experience nor encounter those what they are saying about it. All I know is that if you made a transaction in every exchange within 48 hours if it is not transferit will go back to your wallet unless you put the wrong address wallet it will never recover.

I am not a regular user of hitbtc but never had encountered any trouble in withdrawals before. One thing that OP can do is empty his account and once his withdrawals get through, don't use this exchange again. Better be safe than sorry.

almost all HitBTC exchange requests are always rejected and that is a problem many users are experiencing. I think the best way is to find a better exchange and I recommend that you choose to exchange OKEX because this is a very cheap exchange and very good user support in the past. Maybe in the future HitBTC will die soon so now is the opportunity to move your property to another place

Today I tried to pull a few coins on hitbtc, the problem was when I entered the website there was an error, but I tried refreshing it then I could enter the website menu. I received a withdrawal confirmation email, but when I clicked on the link there was no successful withdrawal notification. Are there still obstacles in the website?

I just made a withdrawal yesterday but it went fine, but this one is very alarming, I've recently read more negative posts about hitbtc.
I hope they are not going to shut down soon and I hope to see some more positive feedback based on experience not only giving speculation.

I received a withdrawal confirmation email, but when I clicked on the link there was no successful withdrawal notification. Are there still obstacles in the website?

So this is just today, looks like a problem in the site but it's not enough to conclude they scam.
I have experience other kind of problem before, I withdraw and not able to receive an email, that was over 24 hours but it was then solve.

the best way you can do right now is to contact the support and request your problem as much as possible just do it right now.

I'm afraid that won't help him that much either. Their customer support won't be able to solve their (rumored) insolvency issue. Some news and analysis suggest that they only have around 30 or so BTC in reserve, so it's likely that they're really going to the last part of their tale.

Suck to be a user of that exchange. Only a few lucky users can withdraw their funds according to news and rumors.

I have already an issue depositing funds there since they have fees for it. Why else will I withdraw if I cannot even go in.

I do not like their rules. They are too transparent with their greediness.
You better get out of there before you even lose more.
There are more better exchange out there.
Except if you are using a token which is only listed with them.

I also had many problems when dealing with HitBTC. It is really a small exchange and there are many problems to be solved.
When trading tokens in large numbers, Hitbtc does not support the sale of all tokens but only for sale in even numbers.
Besides, there are many times I withdraw LTC very long and the fee is quite high. I contacted support and they supported for a long time. You should contact them to try and wait for 2 days.

I think it is one of the bankruptcy exchanges. It really doesn't contribute much to the crypto market and its functions are too old for new exchanges. Their service is slow and there is no plus point from traders. You should contact support and then you should not trade at Hitbtc anymore. The risk of losing your money is quite high.

My last withdrawal was yesterday, didnt face any problems. But your story should be a friendly reminder to all of us that you shouldnt use an exchange as a way for storing your coins. Exchanges may cancel the option to withdraw your funds any time ...

I have been hearing a lot of complain from this exchange for years now, I still wonder how they are still in operation, since when I checked the review of the exchange and I saw a lot of people making bad review due to lost of funds or one major reason, I decided to withdraw my entire funds out of the exchange and sent it to another exchange I trust, it's not a must to trade with an exchange where the safety of your coin is at stake, I think they will close real soon.

not just hitbtc that charges high withdrawal fees, i took out all my tron there and have to pay more than 250TRX for it and for BTC its 0.001, well this is a small amount for knowing btc to moon, its going to worth more than $10 soon. it would make sense if they pause withdrawal today as they can profit soon once the price of btc rises as well. or it could be the government that made them decide all these and so the reason for mandatory kyc submission.

That's lower compared to what you have to pay in BTC if you will withdraw, that's 0.0015 per transaction, you were able to save 0.0005 in this one.

well this is a small amount for knowing btc to moon, its going to worth more than $10 soon. it would make sense if they pause withdrawal today as they can profit soon once the price of btc rises as well. or it could be the government that made them decide all these and so the reason for mandatory kyc submission.

I suggest you withdraw in other sites to avoid this kind of withdrawal, AFAIK, they have cheap fees on cardano and doge, you can use them and send these tokens to other exchanges and you withdraw from that site

I see no reason why they should stop withdrawal without any form of notice if it is as a result of technical issue, but wait, what are you still doing with exchange like Hitbtc when we have other reliable exchanges. You don’t have to invest in any coin you don’t find on reliable ones like Binance, bittrex and other top exchanges.

HitBTc is one hell of an exchange that registers scam projects a lot and most of the projects on it end up turning shitcoin. You must have got yourself involved too in some of these shitcoin that made you to consider that exchange for use.

Of course, unless there is now really a big problem with HitBTC and they deliberately stopped withdrawals for possible exit scam later (hope they won't do that as I believe that this exchange can still survive). I am aware that HitBTC is deluged with many complaints big and small and that is why I am always careful in dealing with the site and just use it when the token is just using HitBTC and nothing else. There are now many good and reliable exchanges and it is time that we deal with reliable ones with exceptional customer support and more user-friendly platform. Let's see if HitBTC can weather this crisis or will this be its end?

Hitbtc now are facing circumstances which is not good for sure to them. If they will ignore the noise of their client users I am very sure, the existence of hitbtc possible will not take long here. I've been hearing a lot of things on this issues, it is fearful and alarming to anyone who has coins on hitbtc. We can't easily judge Hitbtc as a scam site just of having an issue like that,  cause of its long existence in the market will absolutely encounter some upgrades and maintenance which it really need to stop any transaction within that time frame.
I've using Hitbtc before and I encounter also that situation, and if you look at in the upper side they'll giving information and some awareness about their maintenance. You can check it now and maybe it is open for withdrawal at this time.

The only way he can understand what the challenge is if they notify him and now that they didn’t and not returning his mails, I just hope it is not what I am thinking. I know they have had their ups and down, many people have complained about their services, while some people see it as perfect exchange.

Anyway whatever the issue is, I do hope it gets sorted out as I don’t uses exchanges that one cannot completely rely on or predict, imagine that it’s Binance that is having this issue, he would not have been bothered because he knows that the issue will definitely be sorted out.

I haven't used HitBTC for quite sometime, so I can't confirm this news. But a number of exchanges are showing distress signals right now and it will be better for us to withdraw all of our coins to safe wallets, before they end up like Cryptopia and Wex. Nowadays I don't think that there is a single exchange out there, which we can trust.

Not because they existed for so long they will not scam, just like cryptopia, they existed for a long time, but the outcome of their business is bad, they go bankrupt and I guess there are users who were not able to withdraw their coins and that's scammy.

You really can't trust them, therefore you should not only trust one exchange, that is to minimize the risk.
Thus far, Hibtc is still a decent to me, that's based on my own experience only.

HitBTC exchange is down at the moment. This is the worst part and the sad truth that is happenings nowadays in a particular exchanges. Glad that I never keep my btc in hitBtc and to the other exchanges. As you can see, we can never tell where it will shut down or when will the hackers enter their system.

I hope, the withdrawal issues will be settled soon. It is not a joke to wait for your btc to withdraw without assurance that it will surely fix.

You can actually read some interesting posts from twitter about hitbtc issues. If it is just an exit scam or what, I'm not really sure.

I stopped trading at Hitbtc, because of their activity suspicious now. I don't know how someone got access to my account because every week I received a login notification mail! But I don't care anymore about HitBtc! It is going to be a scam or they can arrange a hack drama! So, be cautious about using HitBtc!

It has stopped at the exchange since the Fee has been raised. all of my assets last week I have moved. this kind of time is actually the thing that is actually detrimental to what is done by doing a withdrawal fee or a problem in withdrawing. make the user become uncomfortable

So, I hope this exchange will take action at once so that they will not end into nothing.
Everyone has been criticizing the HitBTC for a long time because the users haven't got the good service from the exchange and that's the genuine reason behind its all the criticism.  If the HitBTC consistently works like this then they would definitely get out of the business. Because there is so much competition in the current market due to the great number of competitors and their services. If the HitBTC wants to back in the business then they have to take all the necessary actions to provide the best trading experience to all the traders who have been part of the exchange. As well if the team starts to do focus on all the aspects which have stuck their growth then it will open many ways for the team to compete with the market.

I have not tried withdrawing yet from that exchange but your post, I guess, will serve as the warning signal that something is wrong with them. It is best to send a message or email to their support so that an answer might satisfy you or anything from the team from hitbtc.

I think only a few people have a problem at the HitBTC exchange place because a few days ago I made a deposit and withdrawal transaction at the exchange of HitBTC still safe and the withdrawal was still sent quickly.

HitBTC becomes worst day after day in the form of providing nicer service. They are charging a high amount on withdrawal fees. Now people are not making able to withdraw their own money, so it shows how irresponsible the team behind the exchange. They are not providing any update reading this issue. I have heard from many users about the same issue and they are getting irritated as per the time passes.

Now, these users might have to shift the exchange to get a good service. Because if you haven't enjoyed the service or the way of work to any other exchange then simpler you have to look for other options rather than sticking on the same place. So people in the market there are pretty good exchanges are available and you have to check them out probably you would love to join them.

today is the 28th and have you been supported? If your problem is not resolved, I think HitBTC is a scam or they have not had enough funds to execute a withdrawal order for you and other traders. I see many people saying that they are also having problems withdrawing money from Hitbtc.
I guess the problem has been solve already, OP (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=237470)  was last online on May 24, 2019 and therefore we cannot find his timely update. I bet this was already solve and we might be discussing a problem that has already been solve.

I think this kind of thread should be move to scam accusation, because if we understand it on a general point of view, it should be confirmed and proven that the site is really stopping withdrawals. What I see here is that there are people who give their feedback that they receive their withdrawal, so it's not unanimous.
This is one problem that I find with most forum users that comes to seek for solution to their problem and when they get one, they don’t come back to lock the thread for further comments. Comments will not stop because there will be lots of people who doesn’t pay detail attention to things like what you brought up, they just see it as a new topic and comment directly without reading through comments first.

Anyway, let us believe he has found answer to his problem and it could also be that he has not had access to the internet because I was once in this situation too where I couldn’t come online for almost a week.

I don’t understand why these products starts well and then end up bad, Hitbtc used to be a very good exchange, they didn’t start bad, although they had record of registering shitcoin, but you can still count very good projects on them.

I guess they have been corrupted by these bad projects too because what I have been hearing about them is not impressive at all, and I will they can go back to the way they use to be. People just need to be very careful in using them and switch over to reliable exchanges. I believe binance and Bittrex will never end up being like HitBTC because their team is well known, verified and they can still be trusted.

This exchange site has a low process when it comes withdrawals and also maybe a lack of staff to solve any issues. I personally used this before way back in the year of 2017 but now I had stopped because there are too many issues I heard and unfortunately it won't happen to me. Better to stay away on this exchange if you don't want trouble to them near in the future there are too many exchange site out there that having fast service of transaction.

Although withdrawals still occur normally in this exchange but who hold large assets are always having trouble withdrawing money and that is why investors always have anxiety when withdraw big money at HitBTC. I think finding a safe exchange is always the most necessary priority in the crypto market and the best advice should only choose the ones that exchange have great trust like Okex and Huobi.

This is a one thing need to understand dont put a large amount of money in any exchange site because you cannot 100% guaranty the safenest of your asset thats a reason need to know a exchange site is only for in and out not for long term holding.

Hitbtc is not a trusted exchange site anymore a lot of issues that most trader experienced in this exchange site, I also some bad experienced in this site like frozen my asset and someone using my account even I have a 2fa and unique password.

This the common issues with the exchanges especially if you are going to withdraw a huge amount of money. But in your case you haven't stated whether you are withdrawing a huge amount or only a small amount of funds.

If they will frozen the withdrawals even a small amount of funds then there is a big chance that they will be closing their exchange soon and they are trying to scam any amount that came in to their account.

Is anyone having issues withdrawing funds from HitBTC?  I am not able to withdraw and not returning email.

At this exchange, I kept about $ 100. This is at the hype exchange rate of the end of 2017. At the time of withdrawal of funds, this amount was already about $ 25-30. Withdrew money a couple of weeks ago. There were no problems. I don’t know why people have problems with this. Personally, I have not come across this. Although, I know that there are many complaints about HitBTC. Just read the reviews about the exchange. https://revain.org/exchanges/hitbtc

I think the problem was already resolve, but OP failed to update us.
The thread was created last May 24, 2019, and OP never replied on its status, I'll consider it solve, otherwise, he would not stop updating here on the status. My personal experience with hitbtc is good, I never had a problem with withdrawal although the withdrawal fee is not really that good, it's so high.

It is sad to see how large and promising exchangers are gradually turning into scam instead of developing, attracting traders and buyers of cryptocurrency. A strange situation, because Bittrex also blocks user accounts in the same way and does not allow some users to return money. I could not withdraw my tokens from HitBTC due to the high commission that exceeded the balance of my tokens, after that I no longer use this exchange. At such moments, I begin to love more decentralized exchangers like ForkDelta.

I think we have seen that we gave them the power to be treating us as they like because if we had supported decentralized exchange from the onset, we would not have been seeing all these annoying shits that we are getting from these centralized exchanges. Biance is still the only exchange that I have not heard any complain about amongst all the centralized exchanges other than the last complain of them being hacked which they never imagine it could happen to them.

We really need to reason and come together to start supporting a decentralized exchange, if out of the decentralized exchange, we come to pick a particular one and then promote it by creating hype that will generate traffic for it for volume purpose, then al these centralized exchanges will become less important.

I never liked that part where they always listed projects with no value. No wonder this happens, because peole who are running this are just coorporate sellouts.
