I have not been able to login in for a couple of days. tried IE, Chrome & Edge. Is there an issue?

If you have tried logging in on different browsers and got the same error most probably that it is a site issue.Try sending support ticket on website and wait for their reply if they didnt reply theres a have chance that they are a scam

I think it must be from your own network. I claimed from it including other coinpot faucets few days ago. If your network is okay and your captcha loads very well, you should be able to log in.

I can load the site without a problem, and now I see that the site is working fine at my pc.

This is my first time to know that site, and I see that site offers a free coin from the faucet.
Besides that, I see that the site offers to invest with them, and the minimal amount is 1 usd.
Be careful when you want to invest with them.
Maybe you need to check your internet connection because we don't have a problem to open the site.

Hi Everyone, unable to login but my withdrawal was paid promptly* :)

I can claim from all of the coinpot sites except Bonusbitcoin.co. deleted all cookies, deleted all temp files. same problem.. waiting for response to email sent to support.

His internet connection is not the issue at all as I just created an account and am getting the same error as he is.. and I am from Brazil

I guess it's not on your network or either the browser that you're using. I have tried opening the site as well and there's an error appearing. I don't know if it depends on the country of our location or if they're really having some trouble right now.

Sorry, that was my mistake because I didn't try to register in that site, I only check the site if there is any error or not.
But after I tried to register, I found the error message in that site, and here it is:


So, we can conclude that the website has a problem in the register and some of us say that they cannot log in into that site and that means, the site indeed has a problem.
Maybe the OP can wait for a while, or he can contact the owner or support system to ask about this.
He can find the email by writing the email from the image.

They are currently under maintenance they have extended downtime due to server failure according to their twitter account.

You can view the site but you cannot log in or make a registration because the site is undermaintenance no need to be worried OP it will be back online soon like what I read on their twitter tweet.

LOL, this tweet is from 2017 :D. They haven't posted anything on Twitter since then. And this issue with Bonusbitcoin aren't resolved for long time already and seems that owner aren't doing anything to solve it. Their other website - Moon Bitcoin is also facing problems in recent weeks. Very often this website become unsvailable.

Is it possible that their extended downtime is for 2 years? :D

OP should stop hoping that much, I'm pretty sure faucet site will likely cease their operation soon because it's not profitable and people already know that trading can give them better results.
