All banks have mobile banking app. Do one thing to to google store and iOS store and check whether this bank has an app or not. If they don't then avoid this bank.

There are a lot of trusted bank out there where you can transact with. That's an indication that you couldn't trust them with your future transactions. As for me, you better not risk your funds in a non-reputed bank. There are lots of choices especially in America.
