Coinbase doesn’t require KYC if you use their wallet to deposit and withdraw BTC... However, they can ask you for that information at any time if they want. So it’s risky. And of course, they require KYC to buy/sell BTC. Judging from the procedure, I think standard accounts should now also undergo with the Selfie verification as mentioned above too. Coinbase, still their usual. But if you care for limits, then go upgrade your account. |
