i have problem with KYC time. i fill KYC documentations in 25.04.2019

and isnot any news.

have same problem? and haw i can solve this?

You should wait, my KYC submission took around 2 months. Everybody wants free 25$ in Stellar, they are pretty busy.

It's a browser problem, you don't have to worry about it. Wait for a few moment and it will be good again.

Indeed you should try again and if not work you should try to acces blockchain app on mobile phone and setup there what is need, or try another browser if you can to see.

I think blockchain.com mark you creating a lot account with the same IP/device that's why you got this problem, try to use a mobile device blockchain.com if you still got this problem went using a browser Laptop/PC.

Many have problems like you. It usually happens because your IP Address is detected as submitting more than 1x which is considered spam.
Maybe you can immediately send an email to get a faster response.

all you can do is just to wait until your turn because it happens to me i complete the KYC 6 months ago but until now i don't receive any email regarding the airdrop


if you already complete the KYC and then you send an email to the support after that they will respond your email by saying just wait until your turns

Are you serious? You are doing KYC just for 25$. C'mon don't make your personal docs so cheap.

It seems to me that personal docs don't have any value in the virtual world nowadays or am I so skeptical?

if it says oopps, something is really wrong there besides the browser issue. it means you have submitted a ton of documents including your grandparents ID to collect $25 from them. though it may not be an issue to you about submitting KYC documents, your data will soon be available for more companies not just to blockchain.com. Are you even allowed to withdraw those $25?  If they soon ask video call upon withdrawing that will kill your grandma.

Try to install the blockhain wallet app on your phone. I had some troubles with my browsers on my pc too. I think i did succeed with the mobile wallet.

Look like suport team have busy about it. They don't have strong team to handle alot of KYC. look Blockchain only did for get to user just joining airdrop, sign up and claimed stellar.

If that's true and in this case you have created multiple accounts on the same IP and those accounts used to claim the stellar airdrop? *lol another joke this day. that guy above you said was true go to another PC with different IP and then try it again. When it's still getting the same problem and try it on your phone remember to use the different IP.

It takes more than months because a lot of people are applying along with some fake documents. You have to wait for some more days.
