I think the below parameters must be present in a gambling website/apps.

In my own perspective or my own opinion about the most important features is they have 24/7 customer support. Anyway, this is also important that the gambling websites has or to have is that their games should be fair or not rigged in short so that gamblers can play fair and square because some gambling sites are not base on luck or the players winning percentage is base on randomness of the game. Do you want to play a game in a gambling site that you know that no matter what you do you always lose?. That kind of game is not provably fair or rigged to make you lose money and they earn.

I also like that . i think its cool for a site ( not just a gambling site ) to have a no minimum exchange required or no withdraw thresehold so that we can withdraw whenever or whatever funds we have but i think the chance are slim for it to happen because the reason why the set limits is because they also want to earn  . they will also loose because transaction fees are not free . the .5 percent house that your talking is also impossible because that is way too small  .  i believe 1 percent house is the lowest but its rare .
