Three of the coins are better investment for me. Many people go against ripple when it comes to investment. But for me ripple is a good one. Most of the banks and financial institutions have partnered with ripple and when cryptocurrency comes into a real practice, ripple will skyrocket. Likewise, ethereum and bitcoin are evergreen.

I think in these long years ripple has proved it's worthness. It was one of the first tokens to be issued and people back than called it a scam. With nearly no value to current price, investors made fortune with it and with the large supply and a larger area to grow, it can rise further and is a good investment at current time.

If you force me to choose between the three coins, I will pick all of them but one by one. For me, as others do, first comes bitcoin, second ethereum and third ripple. I can say that all of them are equally good and they are better investment. Bitcoin and ethereum are the coins that will rule in the market ever. But ripple is a bit underrated comparatively. But it is not that much bad.

Well it depends on your purpose of investment in cryptocurrencies especially in the ripple, is it for long term investment or is it for short term investment. Personally i like ripple for short term investment than long term investment, i can make profit from the ripple in its volatility of the price. So what is your purpose of investment in ripple actually? It is important thing before you ask to us about the ripple, you must have planning first in cryptocurrencies.

I think in these long years ripple has proved it's worthness.
At least Ripple has some real usage, following this article: 3rd-Biggest Thai Bank Teases Tantalizing News for Ripple (XRP) Bulls (https://www.ccn.com/thai-bank-teases-ripple-xrp). However, people said Ripple is the coin of banksters and I agree with this idea. It's highly centralized, high fee and dangerous to play with.

Can you put another option like an overrated coin? I will choose that answer as my best answer for ripple. I will prefer to get another coin. ripple is a security coin that offers nothing to the users. What will you get from holding ripple in every moment? you get nothing. Ripple company is not yet dumping the pre-mined coin to the market. Buy it and regret it later.  ::)
Stay away is much better or choose another coin.

Ripple really has a great potential and will certainly increase its value very soon this year if it attracts new investors to this market. I think this market is in the most stable phase, so considering investment now is a good choice if you trust this coin. Ripple can really apply a lot in everyday life and it will certainly be applied in all banks around the world so if you have seen Ripple potential then wait for the price increase will happen in the next 3 years

we can learn something useful from the things that happened recently. Given the popularity of Blockchain, a well-developed platform, investment interest, and low transaction costs, Ripple coins are expected to grow both in the short and long term.

I actually have some XRP but honestly compared to bitcoin I would choose the latter first. Now, for the sake of diversification, getting XRP is fine as it actually has a good potential to soon make its bullish move. Will XRP be back at $3 before end of 2019 or even in 2020? That remains to be seen so let's hope that more and more positive developments and partnerships (with the banking sector) will come out for this cryptocurrency (which label others are contesting).

Ripple remains a concern because it is still the top 3 in the coinmarketcap. Price movements are also positive to this day and I think they are still on track to continue to grow

Ripple had been consistent on it's growth, it was performed the best after bitcoin. Ethereum had bumpy rides but ripple investors had had a good profit. And at current bear price, Ripple is a good buy. Ripple has an experienced and specialist team, though they were not been able to complete some of their promised roadmaps, they have done their best in striking new deals.

We cannot deny that ripple has a bright potential like other top altcoin in coinmarketcap most people expecting too much to this altcoin like what they did in last bull run but for me its better to hold Bitcoin and Ethereum because the price continue to rise up if Bitcoin back to its all time high you will get a huge profit but all of this is an opinion its depend what kind of investor who you are.

i think its better to purchase bitcoin or ethereum rather than ripple
why ? simple reason from me
becaue, both crypto is better than ripple, and all of us knew if bitcoin was the king of crypto and ethereum was the king of altcoins right ?
so for long term investments btc and eth is the best choice  ;)

But for me, it would be ripple. Bitcoin still has to decide what would be good for it to reduce the transaction lag and fees while Ethereum still could not decide how much of it is needed in the market. Ripple on the other hand is fixed in number and increasing in uses making it one of the largest coin by marketcap and use.

Ripple is certainly a coin to buy and hold because of the many hyip around it, they will have partners that could send the price of ripple high, although I won't invest in ripple at the expenses of bitcoin. I choose bitcoin first and altcoins come second.

I do feel about XRP as just others do. Many people support the project bar a section of people who are always negative and against the project no matter it does better. It is true that ripple has created some news headlines through various means. But its strongest team and its initiatives in making the project a success through various means like forging partnership with various big business houses and banks.

i did believe that for sometime, i was seeing it like they are independent to BTC but later did i know its not. can banks control this XRP? NO. so i guess we'd not going to hope it will be used in payment system for banks. it will just disappoint you.

You have said what I want to tell you, yes it's better to purchase bitcoin first then eth as for the altcoin you want in your portfolio. Most of the altcoins have moved good for the past few weeks including Ripple.

But this doesn't mean that it will change my mind of getting it. You should have your own reasons why you want to take it and put a grain of salt for each of the advice that you are taking up here. We don't want to distract you from investing and choosing with such coins because it's still your money but I'd tell you that having bitcoin should always be your priority.

The Ripple is the most widely adopted coin by the government and banks. This coin is a great competitor of several other cryptocurrency such as Ethereum. This coin also has the potential to be the best, many people say that this coin will beat Bitcoin in the future but I'm not sure of that.

Regarding Ripple, people are just throwing their money away on a coin that is not even decentralized and has nothing to do with what crypto aims to be.

When Ripple hype will over price will decrease considerably,  as it has zero added value.

Ripple is an ok coin good for short term profit anytime bitcoin is pumping or there's a bull run on the alt-market. Don't think I have ever hold XRP for more than three months.

I feel about ripple now is that its good to invest with now, i can see ripple would continue to increase its price even upto the end of 2019. Because many investors now get much profit since they invested in ripple coin. Besides many also are planning to invest with ripple now because of good volume trading and its potential for a long term investment.

I guess you have to buy bitcoin or ethereum first before buying any ripple. That's only my opinion. After you satisfied yourself from buying these two solid coins with solid community too, then think of buying it from your extra fund. Altho I believe, that btc and xrp is more reliable, I also see xrp is fighting for the top 10 post in the coin market cap so give it a try after buying btc and eth.

if you want to invest then your only option is going to be bitcoin for the foreseeable future.

if you want to trade then XRP can be an option only during its pumps.
although XRP is a total shitcoin because it is centralized and bank owned with 100% premine but we can not deny the fact that this shitcoin gets big pumps from time to time. but also we can not deny the fact that it also gets huge dumps after the pump was done and they got their money out.

Its better if you can buy btc, eth and xrp because those are the top 3 coins and they can go higher this year. XRP has a great market and its being used by many companies, yes its centralized but that coin already have a good pumping history and it can happen again. I like to buy and sell XRP, and do hold on btc and eth this depends on your plan.

Ripple, as always, is ambiguously evaluated on this forum due to the fact that it is a centralized coin created to serve the banking system. I am okay with the existence of such a coin, although I don’t invest in it. Simply, there are better coins for this, including ethereum and bitcoin. At the same time, I am watching the development of this coin, because it is not like other decentralized coins. This is a different path to the development of cryptocurrency.

This is not a cryptocurrency. It is only a centralized shit coin. It is controlled by bank and I consider this factor as highly risky which is why people should stay away from it.

The price just met a correction you can wait a moment and still looking at that chart and the information. If the price back to up slowly then you must ready to buy but I only suggested that the information is really needed at this time to make sure its price will fall or up.

XRP usually pumps in a short time and be on a dumped price for almost a year so better to play short. Top coins doesn’t guarantee top returns, its better to hold BTC and ETH than xrp, try to skip this coin because it can’t give you huge profit and the risk of this coin is high.

And also you need to buy XRP as he has good growth prospects.

I see the prospect of XRP growth, for me the Ripple token is in the top-5 cryptocurrencies, which should now be in your cryptocurrency portfolio. If we can gain a foothold above $0.45, we will open the way to the goals of $0.5 - $0.6. Therefore, I advise you to buy at $0.41 and hold.

Ripple has a so bizzare reputation ... Many people are suspicious.  What i deplore the most is this 'xrp army', all these shillers completely blinded and keeping on repeating same things on all threads, on all social networks.

So, yes, ripple has one of the biggest community but unfortunately it's also one of the worst ...

I never liked XRP as the project. In Ripple completely there is no decentralization. In my opinion, exactly decentralization is a basis of crypto of the world. But this project seems to me it is possible to use for short-term investments. XRP can try to overtake ETH on capitalization again.

I am personally not a fan to XRP, mainly because of the incessant manipulation it is subjected to. Several times, the total supply of XRP has changed. Which means it does not have fixed maximum supply. In a bid to continue to maintain its position, the team have got themselves involved in things that will not bring about any appraisal.

Ok it's always better to put your money in Bitcoin rather than any other coin. Cause the risk factor is less. But if you put your money in alts then their is a chance about big profit. Now talking about ripple. Ripple is one of the coins which have a huge market cap. It is one of the most successful project in the market. It is based on money transfer and banking system m but still people don't like it for one reason. Cause it is not a centralised token cause it is backed by banks. But if you see ripple is just a project then you will notice that it is one of the most developed project which always follow its roadmap and keef updating. So I think ripple is a good investment but don't put all your money in ripple.

If you ever give me a choice between Bitcoin and Eth or Ripple, i would always go with Bitcoin and Eth, not just for the profit which of course why everyone is going for, but also for the concept, Bitcoin and Eth are always going to be decentralized where Ripple came as a centralized unlimited crypto, that being said Ripple has been seeing a lot of good support from other companies even a lot of crypt supporters are hating on it, and that alone is able to make it probably a slow but long term investment.

Ripple is good to add on the portfolio as it shows the potential in the market. This is cheap now which is good to invest and when the market goes up, this will bring good profit for sure. I think this will stay on the market for so long.

If you are the type that likes gambling, then I will advise you go for ripple also because ripple to me is a coin of luck and there is no assurance that they will rise without the bull run and even with bull run, the chances of them rising more than what they are now is very low, so I will advise you still buy more of those two coins your mentioned (BTC and ETH) which are still the most popular and reliable coins for now. Instead of ripple as third choice of investment, why not buy coins like binance coin, this is another coin that I am sure of its full development and will be very useful for both investment and as utility coin.

I'd rather take a risk in decentralized than a centralized. Why? It's arduous to have an only one holding it and controlling the price. What if ripple will break and the holder will run away the funds? How unfortunate the investor will be?!

I am fine with the coin, and I trade it, because the flow of big capital goes exactly there, as the chart and trading volumes show.
