Title: Wallet bot?
Post by: ehquionest on May 29, 2019, 08:45:51 AM
Hi team,

(not sure this is the best place to post)... I use a Wallet Bot on Telegram app to be inform of any transactions for BTC and ETH. Any chance someone knows the same for other crypto (Zcash, Dash...)?
Thanks

what I know is button wallet @buttonwalletbot (Support : Multicurrency), because some time ago they held an airdrop program but for security, I don't know whether it's safe, I would rather use a mobile wallet compared to a telegram wallet.

It is the first time i am learning that there are telegram bots wallets. I won't put any money into them as i prefer to use the official wallets. The telegram bots can disappear without leaving any traces.

Guys I'm completely noob with these telegram bots and I'm interested to know more about it since you are discussing it related to crypto.
Do you have any tutorial out there for where I can study about the basics of it and can apply it for some e-commerce business that are into this kind of messaging app?

The telegram bots can disappear without leaving any traces.

This is the right answer.

If folks haven't learned from moolah and Dogecoin and other such bots disappearing, then you deserve to lose your cyrptos.

Sometime dont trust wallet bot. They are created for specific order and program to run only what the owner set them to do. Wallet bot is good if the developer is experience and knows exactly the bots command but sometime wallet bot configure some error which lead to youre loss when you follow it.

Wallet bot that just looks for transactions in the blockexplorer requiring nothing but the public address are a good tool. But you should not trust anything on telegram that provides a wallet cum wallet bot or similar services. Telegram is infamous for many such scams so it should be cautious about depositing your bitcoin in wallet provided within telegram or sharing your private key.

I wasn't speaking about Telegram bot to buy, send or exchange anything and even less about wallet. WalletWatcher, just send you a notification when you receive a transaction on the wallet address you mentioned. Nothing else!
