Title: Any Suggestions on Promising ICO Projects?
Post by: Cryptohistory7 on May 31, 2019, 09:54:46 AM
Hi, just wanted to know what interesting blockchain projects you guys have seen, am looking to invest in some promising ICOs, but I'm worried because there are so many scams around with ICO projects these days. I've gotten some suggestions to look at IEOs instead, but I believe that some ICOs projects really have interesting concepts and developments that have the potential to be successful and don't want to miss out on ICOs completely. Any ideas? Is this a smart thing to do?

Except investors no one can say that they might made big funds on this ICO or that ICO.

You need to analyze the project using the ICO listing site like ICObench or some of the listing site on your belief to check and read more about it.

i think ICO - IEO is same shit. its not necessary, for example -  Azbit ICO and Azbit IEO, project is one, and fundraising method is different,
ADAB ICO and ADAB IEO. they are all same shit. choose your favorite Project and buy, you Dont Care  fundraising method name, if you like project  - it is ICO or IEO its not major.

I would like to recommend joining the MinedBlock IEO on the Dcoin exchange. The 2nd phase of the IEO will end today so check it out now and decide if you like the buy or not.

IEO in Dcoin: https://www.dcoin.com/ieo/MBTU_15

Maybe you should be more careful, this is what you need to do. it's not enough to just see the concept if you want to invest in the ICO. see also the product offered and the team that is in it, whether it's a real team or just a fake team. Because of what ?? too much now, projects that have good concepts, but in the end will be a scam project too. be more careful ??

If you're merely looking for profit, I think the safest way to do it is to join the IEO on the three biggest exchanges today, Binance, Okex and Houbi. However, it is very difficult to join their IEO because they use the lottery to choose who can buy. But the price of tokens after IEO is always 2 to 3 times higher than IEO prices. That's my choice.

I supposed to believe you and think of that huge incline but somehow, we can't get that assurance of having 2-3 times higher cause in the first, we are depending on the market demand and still, the market is volatile all the time.

Since OP is looking for ICO projects, I'm afraid I can't give you the correct answer nor I found ICO that can be of 100% trusted. Looking by your own will simply put your self more aware of the market and give you more learnings.

There are many of them and there are rated at https://icorating. com. I have decided not to invest in ico again but only buy those coins if there are louch in the exchange. I have lost some money throughout last year because I invested into icos and I make up my mind to only buy those coin or tokens that are already in exchange.

you're right binance launchpad never harm their IEO investors, I  have joined binance launchpad since IEO FET, Celr Network, Matic and the last IEO i joined in binance is Harmony and the price pumped more than 5x ico price

Most of the ICO projects turned into IEO! So, you should move on from ICO for a while.
If there’s a great ICO then its ok to invest but if none, go for IEO because its the trend now and many projects succeed on that platform though the price is still dumping after its officially listed to the exchange. So far I don’t hear any news about the strong project under the ICO, so its better if you study about the coins under the IEO and make your investment worth it.

Market is green and bull market is coming so for me it is better to go into new ICOs. Yes, it may be safer to go in IEOs but all of it has different risk like for instance it is very hard for us to participate in IEO because for sure those exchange who will choose the project knew that it is worth it and on the other hand, ICO is like finding the precious diamond wherein if you missed one thing you will find a glass instead. Everyone of us have different choices but this is my take on the current situation.

I currently have a comment on a potential IEO project and possibly x2 or x3 in the future. Xcrypt (XCT). It is a pretty big exchange with the community at telegram is over 45k members and they always discuss and fomo for the project. it's a great community and they have successfully sold their token at IDAX. (June 15) will be the date when inverstors can trade and you can still buy their token at the website. good luck

As you well know we have too many scam project in the ICO market, so I am not sure I could recommend any for now, you have to just do your own research, otherwise, go for IEO projects, there is still zero chance of getting scammed in IEO, but go mainly for Binance IEO because I don’t trust IEO from other exchanges for now, just that it is quite difficult to get to buy in IEO projects except you are fast enough.

Aside IEO project, another way to confidently invest in a very good coin, I just for you to buy the coins that are at the top 10, especially the cheapest ones that will give you the benefits of holding lots of the coins, so that when they increase by 1000%, you will get the chance to smile at your investment.

I agree that it's a tough choice between ICOs and IEOs - IEOs have already been verified by the exchange and there's guaranteed listing so you're sure the project won't collapse, but ICOs may be cheaper and are also in the process of listing themselves on an exchange. It also depends on how much you're investing - if you're testing a small amount, I think there is no harm in trying ICOs as well. One good example of an ICO is BCART (BlockCart), an AI and blockchain enabled online shopping software solution. It's a Korean project that's been incorporated in Singapore. You could check it out here (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5142859.msg51039552#msg51039552) and their Airdrop/Bounty (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5142860.msg51039644#msg51039644) is live for two more weeks I think! As always though, it's important to do DD and as much research as possible before you buy into anything and talking to the projects' members/admin etc. will help

In terms of IEOs, I think it may not be 100% guaranteed as well because even if the project is authentic, it may not do well on the exchange either - personally I'd look at Binance like some of the other commentors have highlighted!

Hi! I am currently invested in BTC, ETH, BNB and MCO for major coins. For ICO/IEOs, i have participated for MATIC, BitTorrent, Veriblock, Pal Network and most recently Harmony.

What i am currently looking at are KOZJIN (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5117095.msg50027492#msg50027492), BLOCKCART (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5142859.msg51039552#msg51039552) and COTI (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2934563).

ICO are not that much profitable anymore. Try investing in Binance IEO which is showing a great performance. The latest one is harmony which has gained 850% price within couple of days of launch.

Kozjin needs to get on binance launchpad, im sure it will 10x. Based on my understanding, they are a payment solution building an ecosystem starting from the property industry. I've only looked at BCART recently and thought it was a pretty fresh idea, where did you see it from? I saw CORTI from icodrops which usually display quality projects.

IEOs is sort of more reliable because existing exchanges are putting their reputations on the line.

Yeah i think that's how most people feel these days.. But then again there's all the dumping of prices too. So it's also quite important to keep a lookout for projects that are focused on delivering their products/hitting their milestones as promised on the roadmap.. Only with biz development will the value be created

I share your opinion about the fact that some ICO can be a great investment that can bring good returns.
You may look out for the following in order to carefully choose ICO project through this works with accuracy of 75% only.
1, The product MVP.
2, Finished or ready product.
3, The team behind it
4, Willingness to get listed on exchange as soon as possible.
5, Total number of token supply.
6, The token platform that issues the prohect token.

oh, i have learned a lot of projects about the items you have set out. But for the product, it really makes me nervous. WPP used to be a business that attracted more than 59 million dollars and now the value of the whole business is less than 3 million dollars. Their products and ideas are good, but do they use all the money to develop their products? Why don't they invest money to keep the price of the token at a high level? Please answer my questions. thank you

ICO's are in a tough spot now and what has overtaken them in the limelight is IEO since it provides better security to the investors. I participated in a project that sold out their private sales and IEO (http://ecomi.com?utm_source=ecomilx) and I feel that I'm in a good spot because of their proven track record. And better, I can already see the result of what I invested in thanks to the respective exchange. But if you're still looking for an actual ICO project, it's not bad but you have to understand the risk and be prepared for anything. DYOR is your bestfriend in participating in startups and it will totally save your hard-earned money.

The market of ICOs right now it not very promising but you may have a look at Crypto Market Ads: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5123256.0

They have already a working product (the platform) and the team looks very competent and experienced.

Where did you got that BS? If you say that IEO is not much different from ICO and then your conclusion is that IEO is better than ICO even if it's not much different I have my doubts that you understand ICO business. It is true that IEO is not much different from ICO and that leads to IEOs just being ICOs listed on exchanges. IEOs are using the popularity of exchanges to sell tokens and that makes it not really better because the project will be the same.

deciding how good enough ome ICO comparing to other are really need to proper research, deep analyze and detail observation...anyone can easily gibe you advise or suggestion without responsibility, the risk is yours, so yo need to sacrifice your energy, time and effort to do your own research. We have some good ICO with fresh concept coming with experienced developer, but it is your decision, you can start to learn deciding which ICO you prefer to invest.

For now there are many promising projects that look good but cannot guarantee that this will be an advantage for us, because many factors become obstacles, such as projects that fail or gift managers do not provide appropriate wages, so it cannot be as easy as determining a favorable ICO .

As many people said to invest in new project nowadays it has two choice. There are ICO project and IEO which handled by exchanges. So as if you still have a trust to ICO project after many things that has been happening to many investors you choose it but for me you can devide your capital, a half you can store on ICO project and the rest you can store it in IEO. It will be good for you to gain money, but you have to know for yourself about ICO project that will you choose, don't heard everyone's say about a project you have to search by yourself because it is not easy to rely on someone else to save money.

Not one of them are seem to have a strong community yet.

Projects today doesn't sound worth investing, these projects doing IEO might not even getting much. I'm more into seeing projects just get developed without the need for IEO. Projects built on TRON and EOS are behaving this way for several months, we've seen them releases projects without the need for funds from investors.

ICO's are in a tough spot now and what has overtaken them in the limelight is IEO since it provides better security to the investors. I participated in a project that sold out their private sales and IEO (http://ecomi.com?utm_source=ecomilx) and I feel that I'm in a good spot because of their proven track record. And better, I can already see the result of what I invested in thanks to the respective exchange. But if you're still looking for an actual ICO project, it's not bad but you have to understand the risk and be prepared for anything. DYOR is your bestfriend in participating in startups and it will totally save your hard-earned money.
You must be really lucky to have succeeded In participating in an IEO because this will be the 5th time I am failing to do so, the harmony that was conducted last on binance was like the fastest ICO I have ever seen, if we were on physical queue, I am sure there would have been a record of stampede.

Although I have only been trying to join Binance IEO and haven’t tried other exchanges IEO, because I don’t want a situation whereby I will be running from ICO scam and in the end run into that of IEO through these smaller exchanges. I am sure that one of these days, I will eventually succeed in participating In any IEO binance releases.

Not much can be expected in a situation like this, the passion for ico has not yet had significant growth and has an impact towards improvement. it's hard to guess that there are ico who can appear dominant in a situation like this, still need more time to be excited again ico. but not dismissing there were also ico who were successful but very minimal and the best advice waited or did more in-depth research first to join ico.

At the moment I suggest that you do not first take part in ICO because there are a lot of ICO scams, you better buy an IEO or STO coin, that's better in my opinion

ICO, IEO, or STO are just as many scams, in my opinion, wherever you want to invest what you have to do is research, with research you can know which good projects are not, either IEO, ICO, or STO

As of now lots of projects are scam so it was to hard to find a trusted project, But if we want to invest to those project must better to take time and search of them we all know it was to risky to find them but it was worth if the project we invested are have a potential to be success in the future.

If you want to look a project , you can start from local project from your country.

If you're looking for promosing project, you need some effort because there are ton of ICOs around there so it will be difficult to find one.
You can also check based on community feedback etc

I will pick Blockium. http://ieo.blockium.io, an established gaming platform with an IEO coming up on Coineal and Bitforex simultaneously with a Hardcap of only $900k

If you're looking for quick price increase, then just go with Binance IEOs. They are hyped like crazy, and tend to increase quickly, although they will likely fall hard too, so you'd need to time it right.
If you're looking for good long-term projects, then it's just a case of looking through the sites that list ICOs until you find one you like, then research it thoroughly to give yourself a good idea of its chances of success.

Is hardcap only that big enough to develop their platform? if you say the game platform is already established, their products should have been running and just developing. if they need the funds, I think that the small target is enough to develop the game platform.
but sometimes I don't trust projects with a little hardcap. because I'm sure they came to the crypto market not only wanting to blunt a little capital.

I can advise you ICO Relictum, the topic of which I opened here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5151190.0
If you are afraid that it may be a fraud, as there is no information about the team, I recommend to wait a while before the official presentation of the project. My recommendations don't mean I'm pushing you to invest. Just get acquainted with whitepaper for a start.

Most people are so much losing interest in ICO day by day and are not willing to even make any research to find the genuine ones out, because before you could get a genuine ICO now, you must have wasted lots of time researching and getting scammed ones, so people cannot go through that stress again, which is why you see investors all-embracing IEO, but the IEO we have are still too little for the number of investors that we have on ground.

I don’t know why we have few IEO, could it be as a result of the initial commitment to exchanges, or is it that exchanges are not finding them worthy? So for now, I am still a little bit confused too on which part to go.

I beg to differ, you need to understand the risk appetite you're looking at when investing in ICO. Our discussion here is to identify promising ICO projects so we can invest if we'd like. I picked projects that looked promising, Kozjin for example if you actually did some research. They do have a huge community in their traditional businesses. Not only that they already have a working mobile app and their token sale has not even begun.

Not all projects looking for an ICO is actually out for funding but rather to have people invest and be readily involved in their ecosystem to start mass adoption.

Please check your facts before you comment next time.

Agree, from ico I prefer ieo as offered by binance. this has been proven they always provide big profits to their investors. the statistics are always above the price of their offer.

I have no suggestions for the ICO because you can't make a profit by investing in ICOs at this moment. If you buy in a presale or private sale with a huge bonus, that won't help you to get your investment money back! Most of the ICO projects turned into IEO! Because ICO has no future, as the revolutionary IEO is doing great continuously and investors are too much happy with it! So, you should move on from ICO to IEO!

I don't think that all ICO are just shit or scam, you can still find legit ICO but it takes time to have it. Only it happens that some legit projects get affected into fake project which makes investors to feel doubt in investing with them. It is the market demand that brings them down cause nobody is giving their trust.

Rather than searching which ICO is legit, you would better to look another investment since it will be wasting your time only. Now it's not a good as like before in 2017, where there are lot of legit ICOs. 99% ICOs now are only scam shit project actually.

A note for you, yobit doesn't pay account with negative trust, so it would better you to remove your signature

There are many projects that you can look for and analyze to invest at this time. it's better to look for those whose products have been released or are already running to avoid us from a fictitious project that will harm ourselves. so indeed we ourselves must be careful in choosing a project

Always need to be extra careful when you are entering this investment venue, there's a lots of projects out there to review and to analyze but only few will deliver the right outcome, if you are willing to take the risk best to always assess twice and take a deeper analysis before placing your money.

Bitbond is a STO.
STO is good but because STOs go under certain financial laws, i doubt that they will be tradeable easily.
The usual exchanges will have to open special trading decks and introduce new rules to trade them. ( This is my guess)

I can't disagree with you buddy, but look at the present ICO projects, most of them are looking shit! I asked an ICO project's CEO that why you are not going for IEO instead of doing ICOs, where ICO hasn't enough investors! He replied that he doesn't have enough money to go for IEO on an average exchange! I was shocked! People are getting a good profit from the IEO then why someone goes for a risky ICO?

In my opinion, the most promising ICO currently are BitBond and Alcedo. Both projects have been created in Germany, where the most favorable conditions for the development of cryptocurrency among Western states are currently created. BitBond is developed as part of the STO, and tokens  gives their holders the right to regularly receive dividends. Alcedo plans to enter the crypto market as part of the IEO and intends to cover the whole of Germany with crypto payments.

If you can find an STO and IEO, best to invest to them rather than ICO. Most of the ICOs nowadays don't make you any profit at all but for STO and IEO, you are secured that those are legit projects. Check out BitbondSTO, a 2013 lending company with a proven track records. You make 4% of your investment annually and 60% of the Bitbond performance income will be distributed to all investors.

for now, maybe IEO and STO are safer than ICO. but in some future time I think all of these processes will be the same. because scammers will come and find ways to still be able to get money.

I agree with your opinion that IEO and STO are safer with the top exchange records, when ICO first started it was also fine but as time went on scammers began to emerge and develop so maybe some IEOs will someday end up like ICO,we don't expect that but scammers always look for other ways.

but, all decision is in your hands, you can see an ICO project lists at ICO rating site,, remember to do your own research before you drop your money mate

Where to find it? It is really hard to find those legit ones and even give a decent profit for the investors, and even we think that we found it but still, we can't assure that it will be a profitable one or it will end up into nothing. This is usually it happens nowadays and we are just lucky enough if we can get profit for at least 1%.

This is the most popular STO project that I have seen so far and I wonder why it is only bit bond that is coming out as STO, with the way the sec are solidly behind STO, I thought it would have by now overtaken IEO already, but seems to be that all attention are still on IEO for now, despite the fact that they are both coming from a regulated system, although we can compare the regulation of STO to that of IEO.

I think the reason why STO is not fully gaining ground is because it has the regulation of government, and those who does not care about this are the ones fully backing up Bitbond, there are so many projects that has come after Bitbond on IEO and they have already raised their capital, but Bitbond has still not been able to meet up.

ICOs are not as much in demand at the present moment as they were last year or the year before that because they are now being superseded by IEOs and STOs and the latter is starting to become more popular and if you research the benchmarking sites like ICOBench you may find some quality offerings

I've gotten some suggestions to look at IEOs instead, but I believe that some ICOs projects really have interesting concepts and developments that have the potential to be successful and don't want to miss out on ICOs completely. Any ideas? Is this a smart thing to do?

IEOs are your best bet but if you want a good ICO project, then you should look in the direction of Ferrum Network. It's bothers on the smooth Interoperability of blockchain networks. It has an excellent team and working product. Plus  very low circulation supply which is an added advantage for trade profits maximisation

Yes, I believe it so, all ICO projects are not a scam, but many successful ICO projects failed to give profit to its investors. Most of the ICO project's price get dump after listing on exchanges. That's why I said this is not the right time to invest in ICO!

The top trusted exchanges that you can look into are Binance, BitMax, etc. but I would say that I kinda feel your opinion with ICO vs IEO. Even some of my friends don't want to touch ICO's anymore and would rather go with IEO since it provides more security/assurance to their investors. An upcoming IEO I've seen is more decentralized than EOS (http://www.hpb.io/?utm_source=lx) and has good use cases to be used by major projects due to its scalability, security, and blockchain functionality. And in terms of promising projects, it's always good to read comments here and get to know everyone's best practice in terms of identifying what a winner is. Checking their team, roadmap, community is always the top ones I look at.

well, most people today recommend the IEO more than ICO. maybe some ICOs are pretty good out there, but the IEO may have less risk, and greater potential. a pretty good example is IEO bittorent, or harmony. now it might be an IEO like stellero, or good auditchain to watch out for.

Is there is a good coin under the IEO already that can lift up the image of IEO? Well, due to lots of scam project under the ICO, IEO will step up hoping that there were lots of coin under the IEO will be successful.

it might still happen. but until now, there are many IEO projects registered in an untrusted exchange that might be a project scam. that will lead to the IEO not being easily accepted by investors. only a few successful IEO projects, not even many successful project production from IEO.

You can see it at https://cryptodiffer.com/ there are many interesting projects recommended by experts, all projects recommended by them are always successful on the market
Thanks for the link! This is a great site, I have already started to study it and there are really a lot of good projects that I watched recently, but here everything is collected in one place, and you do not have to climb 3-5 sites! Thanks again!

Cryptodiffer is a website I often use before participating in an investment project and many projects have been successful here and it has never disappointed me. There are many big investors all over the world who are always watching their channels and always giving detailed reviews for each project so I am very trust when those IEO projects are listed here and some are another project is about to start so this is your chance to consult and invest

Try ferrum network.  Their ico is coming up early next month,  already migrated to binance dex, they have a working product named kudi exchange. This will definetly be great

I honestly don’t see any difference between the two of them that much, we only judge the success of IEO by the amount of profit that they do get when they are being launched on IEO platform, but many of the projects that has been conducted in IEO, even the popular Binance, how many of them have you seen become so much popular or listed among the top 100 in the coinmarketcap.

Many IEO project that I have seen, I think they are just good for a short term investment, because once they gain the profit necessary, the investors may dump them and they also go below their initial IEO price. IEO only guarantee investors of them not been scam from the initial investment and that is all, what happens after they have been launched on and dumped?

even though the bounty is still running, and not many projects can indeed have such good development. if later it will succeed it will probably be a good future project.

2019 is not the best year for ICO projects. IEOs were launched and they seem to be more trusted than the previous siblings. DeepCloud is a blockchain project aimed at developing a distributed cloud computing system. It will be controlled by artificial intelligence and will allow you to deploy DAPPs, as well as IoT and WEB applications. Transactions will be extremely fast.

Though the IEO season is ongoing, but some ICO projects are doing well too. Recently I just noticed the Ferrum Network. They selected the Initial Coin Offering to raise 1.2 Million USD hard cap! And by seeing their growth, I feel Ferrum will reach their hardcap on its first day of sale.

Ferrum is officially listed at Bitmax so this makes many ICO investors interested in this project in recent times. I have tried to join the white list of this project and am waiting to have the opportunity to invest in the Ferrum project because this is one of the best projects and the chance to make a profit It will be very high because market cap of this coin very low

Ferrum Network is one of the best ICO projects and is most concerned by the community. marketcap after listed exchange only 300k $ and pump capacity is very high.
Only 4 more days to buy their tokens. Make KYC and buy easily, and limit it to $ 3k per account. This is the link to access.

its hard to find a good ICO project for now,
because a lot of good project run on IEO my friend
but, all decision is in your hands, you can see an ICO project lists at ICO rating site,, remember to do your own research before you drop your money mate

You are right, this is not an ICO era. People hardly invest in ICO projects now cause there is a 80% probability that price will dump way below the ICO price. A lot of projects that did ICO didn't make much sales.

Investing in ICO projects are not easy anymore. It was the easiest way to earn money in 2017! Right now, you have to research many things to select a good ICO. In my view, Ferrum, AIGO ICO looks very good! Right now IEO on the trading, you may wait for a better IEO announcement from a better exchange!

I like the project I`m advertising now, StableDEX. I like exchange ICO`s or IEO`s, especially if exchange is decentralized. This is a long-term investment, DEX are not so
popular yet, but they will be in the future. Security is the most important thing for all of us, DEX can provide that.
StableDEX is IEO. Anyone can buy tokens on ExMarkets.com. With holding StableDEX tokens we will generate some passive income, and have lower fees when we trade.
I think it will be the first exchange that will pay for trading there, more you trade more tokens you can get, sounds very interesting.

can you kindly Expantiate on this ferrum coin,  I've been hearing about it quite some time now and with my own research it's just just the migration to book BINANCE chain that makes it spectacular

It is very difficult and I do not dare to advise people to invest in one of the ICO or IEO projects, the best possible is that you really have to make sure yourself or find a partner and team to share about investment

in my opinion ICO or IEO are now the same, why do I say that? because I see many ICOs do not provide benefits and some IEOs also experience price declines when traded so I feel afraid to give you suggestion

Before investing in IEO, see to it that we are prepared for any possible drops of price and tend not to be panic when it happens. It is simply normal in crypto market and not a thing we have to worry about.

Definitely not. Tried to look at their platforms and just of its physical market attributes(price), there you could find that IEO is different form what ICO have.
Of course, its price varies and changes all the time cause of the market demands and we can't decline those fluctuations.

In the two projects you proposed, only Ferrum is project worth the most investment this year because currently this project has been exchanged with Bitmax confirming the listing and tomorrow is the day this project officially open sell. I personally appreciate this project because during the last time their group worked very well and I believe that Ferrum will be mentioned more in the future so please consider taking join this ICO if you're already on the white list

I agree with you Ferrum is the only current ICO project that can be considered good, because they have been confirmed to be traded on Bitmax starting on August 5

I know only 1 regular ICO right now - Ferrum Network, but whitelist is closed long time ago, it looks not bad with that Bitmax listing announcement. IEOs are thre trend right now, there are a lot of great IEOs, but you need to hold the exchange token for participation.

I agree here with konflikkastil. Yes,,, we are all aware of the differences in the way ICOs and IEOs run, but,,, in the practical aspects for the normal investors like you and me, there is no difference. In the principle aspects of raising funds and promising the moon but using investor money to promote themselves only,,, there is also no difference. Hype is the same if not worse for IEOs!
