And in his case, it is plagiarizing white paper, where most projects are already doing such kind of activity. They are not alone in this kind of issue. So it is up to him how he will revive the project and make its presence worthwhile in crypto. If he is not strong enough, this project would be a failure soon but if he believes he has something to offer to community, he will continue working on his project...
