The recent fall of two mixing company is creating this kind of questions. I think it comes down to trusting them. I personally have no idea how the algorithm works or I could find a way to verify them.

At this moment I do not see any other mixing service except ChipMixer. If I were you then I would just trust them.

Good luck.

But... the thing with ChipMixer is that you can actually see if it works as intended. :)

If you deposit 1.024 BTC at 06/01, you will get a 1.024 BTC Chip which was funded before that date (e.g 05/30). While other mixers just promise that you will get clean coins (which may even be the same as you deposited! - which is impossible to happen with ChipMixer).

theymos made a nice guide about mixing your coins/improving your privacy[1]. If you're afraid that your mixing services could get hijacked or traced by a somebody, combine your mixing with that guide, especially if you can't trust any mixing services.
