Looks like Switzerland is going to overtake Malta as the cryptocurrency bastion in Europe. You think this country has a chance to strongly influence the market with that approach?

Switzerland is well known for its banking and financial status. Clearly with financial management experience, this country could provide such clear, good crypto exchanges. The problem is if its government welcome crypto as warmly as Malta. I'd love to see Switzerland becoming a crypto heaven, tho.

I think is a good news if will happen and this will help the price and maybe more and more people will join crypto and they will know better how to control and maybe we will not have so much scams on crypto.

I think the development of cryptocurrencies will be even faster with so many exchanges, Switzerland shows to the public domain the privilege of crypto with clear and transparent regulations to minimize money laundering as well as greatly affecting the future of crypto. Switzerland is certainly well positioned to capitalize on the emergence of blockchain technology, like Malta. I am not so sure I can say the same for the U.S. Nations that outright ban or are hostile to cryptocurrencies will find themselves falling behind economically in the coming years.

Switzerland has long been an economically important fortress of the whole world. Therefore, if the economic value is agreed, Switzerland will be very active. However, until today we have not seen a serious enterprise.

Switzerland was even the first friendly country to the crypto company and then singapore has placed at the second position. Malta has already placed at the third position. I have been watching crypto from a few years ago and im very familiar with crypto platform that launched at switzerland and singapore.

yep, and increasing the number of projects, quality decreases... unfortunately, there are already many scam projects based in Switzerland, as several months before, that country was a strong guarantee that the project is at least normal.

If the regulations are clear and transparent, the Swiss country can be a paradise for cryptocurrency, because I have also seen several crypto projects born there and they have also succeeded with the concepts they made, I am also sure that in Switzerland there will be additional exchange crypto operating.

If this happens, the course will be high. Since the country is not badly recommended itself in banking. Anonymity is there above all and is protected by law. We are waiting for the growth rate.

I am aware that Switzerland is vying to be the cryptocurrency capital I think not just in Europe but also for the whole world. The regulatory and political environment in this country is getting friendly to many possible fintech companies who dream to relocate or start a business in there. One thing I noticed is that the political leadership of Switzerland is not interfering much with the cryptocurrency industry because they know that since there are already regulations in place then just let the laws be implemented for all players. It would be exciting how Malta and Switzerland are gonna compete with each other for supremacy in the expanding and lucrative cryptocurrency industry. The loss of many countries who remain closed to this development has become the gains of Switzerland.

Switzerland has always shown a potential and was a crypto friendly country. They know how to make money, thats why they have opened a crypto valley and are making huge progress there. Would not wonder if they will release their own coin one day.

It is odd that Switzerland is becoming a new crypto paradise. When i think about Switzerland, i am thinking about heavy regulations and yet they are offering fair regulations.

Also, i feel more secure when using exchange on Switzerland instead of a 3rd world country. I know if they do something malicious they would go on trial at least. Envion was also on Switzerland and at least their founders on the court right now.

Switzerland cryptocurrecny friendly society is not new among the top 3 crypto-friendly countries in Europe. They have produces high numbers of ICOs considering a good country policies. There are few successful projects from Switzerland but I still think Malta has taken more of the best brains in crypto because of the early adoption which give them upper hand in the future, they also have active country leaders involve in the space.

I respect this country very much and think that it is Switzerland that will be able to succeed in the world of cryptocurrencies and it will set the pace for the development and implementation of cryptocurrency for the people

Personally, I think that such a surge in cryptocurrency projects in Switzerland is connected with the fact that the country understands that cryptocurrency is new technologies that help our society solve a number of problems and the more projects are created, the more problems will be solved.

No man will see a place or a friendly ground that will help him grow and turns away. With Switzerland offering the crypto space a good and friendly environment to grow there is no doubt that most and upcoming projects will set to launch there.
I believe with them setting the path, other countries will start adjusting to be part of what crypto offers.

Not just exchanges, but it is an incredibly stable and fair place to start a crypto business.
In fact, it is looking like switzerland will be the first to offer full support, transparency, and regulations for securities to take off.

Add to that, switzerland kind of has this brand name recognition.
Almost anything swiss related is considered high quality and highly sought after.

IMHO, it's not about overtaking each other but it's about on how Switzerland and Malta has adopted crypto and became few countries that has been a crypto haven. I recall that in Switzerland there's a crypto bank, cmiiw.

Switzerland is one of the richest countries known for its neutral stands. With these characteristics, Switzerland welcoming cryptocurrency and blockchain technology is a great boost for the whole cryptocurrency.

it is very likely that it is unfortunate that I always get a project from Switzerland, which is always problematic and has even met a scam project, but in my opinion, there can influence if things like that disappear and new developers really need to be serious about making crypto projects.

Cyprus had a huge part in crypto, I remember i came across really good vacancies in crypto-related field and all of it was located there. And Switzerland has always been good with money;)

One way or another being friendly with cryptocurrency project will influence the inflow of blockchain project in the country but it might not influence the crypto market.

Switzerland has always been the paradise for all banking/financial systems, and with crypto slowly making its way into our lives there is no surprise that this country starts welcoming them, and in fact crypto is more beneficial for those who are offshoring their money to Switzerland because it offers them more anonymity and more security, and in the future i am sure that it will have big role in the crypto rise, but the thing that i am worried about is it becoming a hub for centralization.

I won't doubt you, as that looks like the nature of things. Switzerland government is seriously providing a good environment where upcoming blockchain projects can feel relaxed while developing their projects. Switzerland environment is okay coupled with friendly regulations which ends up paving way for more projects.

Of course this country is going to be great when it comes to crypto. This shows that crypto has been doing great in the market lately with so much to offer and many countries around the world are trying to adopt this technology to make sure that the gains also come in their part. This is amazing, I love that title and think the country worth it.
Nowadays I have come across most projects or rather startup blockchain projects which are going over there to launch because the government Implemented friendly and attractive regulations which accommodates these blockchain startups instead of sending them away.

Come to think those countries that can easily support cryptocurrency and having no problems with it are those countries with less problems with money laundering and illegal activies. Switzerland is sure one of those countries. Less likely that you will hear news about syndicates and corruption in Switzerland.

I think it is already doing so because of how friendly and flexible their regulations is.
The truth is, regulations are good but strict ones are what pushes aways development thereby bringing limited opportunity to the citizens of that country.

This is just the truth. Where most countries are busy Implementing strict regulations which is totally unfriendly to any blockchain projects, Switzerland on the other is busy as well as Implementing regulations which will make it possible and easy for upcoming projects to build and launch. One thing is clear, with Switzerland taking this step, in years to come will be at a competitive advantage over other in terms of the affairs of the blockchain.

So, in my opinion, Switzerland is the best European country for cryptocurrencies and is seems to be even better soon.

Sure they will, this will send signals to even United State who has been against cryptocurrency that Switzerland is still using crypto and even have very high rate of it usage and yet there economy has not been destroyed unlike what many countries think of cryptocurrency, they think that the adoption of cryptocurrency will make the system become transparent entirely, but they forgot that simple regulation would have just solved that issue while they still encourage the use of cryptocurrency for many of their businessman which will even favor them the more.

Yes, they have "Crypto Valley" which can considers as "Silicon Valley" of cryptocurrencies. Many big companies in the blockchain field have been born here and are holding high positions on CMC. Switzerland is famous for Finance and Banking, and perhaps they want to take the lead in this crypto market.

Malta and Switzerland are both cool nations for crypto. Those countries do not have very strict restrictions to crypto like China, USA and others. Hence, they are safe haven for crypto. Well, I don't know about the claims of Switzerland topping the chart of favorable countries for crypto, doesn't matter much to me.
