I am software developer (with little experience in crypto field ) and I have ideas for developing new blockchain game in Dapp platform for example, but wondering is there a need to register software company and what type? If someone has experience with legitimacy documents for publiahing new games will be gratefull to know.

You want to create the game by yourself or you want to buy the game and then use it in your dapps? On what platform you want to build the dapps? EOS, ETH, or TRX ecosystem?
And what game exactly you want to build? If you create the game yourself there no need to register it to any software company. Anyway, it's only my opinion, and I don't have any experience in creating dapps.

Not a developer but are you asking about licensing/patents? AFAIK, you have to go to the intellectual property division of your country to apply for that kind of patent so that it will be credited to you as the original maker of it. And in this case, you need the help of a lawyer so that you can easily do it because it is obvious that you don't have any idea with it. About the registration of your software company, definitely you have to register your business as a corporation because it will be a requirement for you to get permits.

To develop a Dapp, you don't need to register anywhere. That's the true beauty as well as risk factors of decentralized environment. However, if you are looking to create a new type of game or start a full fledged casino, you will have to visit your local licensing authority to start a commercial operation. In my country all licensing authorities, permitions are for local use only, not for abroad usage. I want to know is there is available standart procedure for licensing dapp game ethereum game like cryptokitties for usage all around the world.

EOS ETH TRX or any other blockchain where you will run your Dapps doesn´t require a registered company. That´s something that government authorities will possibly request from you (probably only if you are making money or employing people).

So I think it´s safe to develop your Dapp first, and then worry about those legal stuff

I think it would be more practical if you sell your code to the gaming houses. No need to deploy those games in your "casino." If your game is good, then you will be more productive this way. You don't have to think about gambling/casino licenses. Just build and sell.

To me, it looks like all cyrtpo casinos are lincsened out of Croatia, (curracuo?) or some crazy place like that
