@OP : If you have a budget of 20 BTC, you should start by showing a signed message of at least 5-7 BTC to attract quality developers. Or your thread will only be taken seriously by Pajeets/idiots like the ones who have posted above. They can't code for shit and especially have zero reputation on the forum. They will take the upfront payment and disappear. Avoid Pajeets like above including icosonar/csankur and other newbie accounts with zero reliability. Making a crypto platform as big as you've stated isn't a single person's job. You need a team with designers/developers/managers to execute the project properly. An experienced developer will tell you how the plan will be and lay out the blueprint. Give me a shout if you want to know more.

If you do have that kind of budget then you can pick up those devs on free lancing sites rather than picking up newbies who are posting on here.

Yes. that's true the best section for this kind of thread is the service section or you can browse the service section and pick the right people that can help you in your project, you do have the budget I'm pretty sure the project will materialize, just pick the right people and check their portfolio.

freelance sites like upwork and freelancer are fucking shit I have  used them in the past. they are full of outsourced crap. the good devs never use those sites because of the unfair escrow system. its fucking shit. I have a crypto project so I came to a crypto forum, is that okay with you my good noble sir?

what the fuck is with forums being full of judgemental responses these days. can someone not post without being slammed with judgement? im guessing the problem is this forum gives you rewards for shit posting, the more you shit post the higher the rank

If you ever see a post that makes no sense or doesn't actually address the issue take a quick look at the posters signature. More than likely these meaningless posts are just signature advertisements where they barely read the question and post enough characters to just barely get a point across.

As Patatas said if you post a signed message from a wallet containing a few BTC to prove you have the funds you should be able to find a reliable developer. Make sure to use escrow and don't pay fully upfront, pay per completed task / milestone.
