Its actually being a while I hear any development concerning this project. I will like to hear latest about the qtum foundation from you guys.

There is no development, this is another project similar to NEO but Qtum is even worse, both projects have abysmal 2018 and the trend seems to continue, no one is using the platform and no real update from the team, for me we have start seeing the separation between the bad projects and good ones going to the new bull market

Qtum? had heard it last year, but I wasn't interested in this project. I have switched to entering the top 10 altcoin, at least to maintain a safe distance in investment. And it has been proven to be able to survive in declining market conditions. Do you still doubt the top altcoin?

Well Qtum did some listing in probit exchange eariler with a trading competition.  I can lose hope on a project with good products.  Though there haven't been updates,  but surely they all wait for any bullrun to hit the matket again.

Qtum is a good altcoin with top 20 marketcap. But like other good altcoins, Qtum is lack of ground breaking development as well as cool partnership. Yet there's still some partnerships here and there like Qtum Blockchain Accepted as Google Cloud Partner (https://www.cryptonewsz.com/qtum-blockchain-accepted-as-google-cloud-partner/17660/) or Zeux adds QTUM to its listing, collaborating to provide the world’s first all-in-one financial service (https://medium.com/zeux/zeux-adds-qtum-to-its-listing-collaborating-to-provide-the-worlds-first-all-in-one-financial-a65f5fbfcff0) but that's not enough for their fans.

I believe that this company has a website and social media pages too where they make announcements about what is going on in their project, so the best thing to do is to visit their website or any of their social media page to check out for any news about the project, if you can't find any and can't communicate with the team, sorry to say but, I think you have been scammed.
