The least you can Withdraw is 10€ (since we are giving out only bank note)...

Since we added some major services to our website recently, i took the opportunaty to edit the initial post to makes it more readable and more appropriate to the services that we are now providing as of Today...

The fee seems high. I just have checked BTC to USDT which charges 1% commission + 5 USDT fee. In case of a small transaction, it’s a few times higher. Why would you charge your commission and 5 USDT extra? USDT processing fee?
And the swap service you are offering isn’t swap actually, at least I would not call that swap. You are allowing sending BTC only and receive other coins. What if I want to send LTC and receive BTC? I can't see any such option or I'm missing anything?

Our fees for the (NC SWAP) service is just 1% + mining fees for all pairs. I know that some Big Names* in the market advertise a lower commission rates like (0.5% or even 0%) but at the end, they usually do charge more than what was advertised on the estimation part. At the opposite of the competitors, WE DO NOT BLOCK OR FREEZE USERS FUNDS to ask KYC. As soon as the BTC sent reach 1 confirmation, the system automatically release your new Crypto. By using  our service it is somehow the GUARANTEE to be "HEADACHE FREE" by this kind of event.

Concerning the BTC-USDT PAIRS, i must agree that our offer might be less interesting for the one that want to carry small value transactions since there is a $5-> $3 fix (Processing fees) + the 1% fees (Exchange). But for some accounting related issues, we prefer avoiding low value transactions for this PAIR since USDT is bonded to USD PARITY. We hope in the near future to lower $5-> $3 fix commission in order to makes it more accessible for users wishing to carry low value transactions.

While I really like the NO KYC policy OR you are not going to freeze fund, I didn’t get any relation or logical things with the fee charge.
Imagine, I'm sending 0.01 BTC for USDT. How much I have to pay? 1% BTC which is $3 almost now + $5 USDT. You already have chraged 1% on the BTC amount and again charging processing fees, exchange trade fees etc. This is I think ridiculous. There are other services, exchanges which will charge far lower than you.
And of course you should add more pair instead of all tied into BTC only.

Yes! Well in your case 0.01BTC (= $297 at current rate) we would first charge 1% wich is equivalent to $2.97 for the (exchange) + ($3 fix) not $5 (processing "mining" fees) on the BTC-USDT PAIRS so you would have received ($291). It's might be high (for low value transaction under $200) but for the moment it can't be another way since we actually use a third party plateform (through API) to send out the Tether, and this is exactly what we are charged for sending out Tether. We hope in near future to drop that fees to something like $1.

We expect to add Ethereum and USDT(ERC20) as "Paying" currency within the next 2 weeks, the others coins will follow very quickly.


EDIT : After consulting with our Technical Team, it seems like it was a error in displaying the correct mining fees wich is $3 not $5 for BTC-USDT PAIRS (the backend was by the way only charging $3 for mining fees)

It makes sense now. Charging another $5 was looking like you were charging 1% from both- input and output. Glad that it isn’t. Otherwise, everything looks good and specially NO KYC policy. I'm using coinplaza at the moment if swap required but will soon try out nakitcoins too.

Can you please explain us how is crypto to cash service exactly working without using kyc and is it only for Turkey or support for other countries is planned?

Well,if you speak about the "Crypto to a bank Card" option available in our NC SWAP, it is very simple, you just need a Bank Card (Visa or MasterCard) in order to convert you BTC into (USD or EUR) and receive your funds directly on your Card. There is no need of KYC, but you will have to fill the following informations in the form : Bank Card holder / 16 digits numbers / EXP DATE / Birth date of Card holder / and a telephone number wich is tied to the card.
This service is instant most of the time, it's meaning as soon as the transaction got on the blockchain 1 confirmation cleared, the money should be instantly available in your card, but it's very dependant of the bank where the card has been issued. This service is just 4% including (Exchange+payment processor ''Visa or Mastercard" to transfer the funds on the card)

Concerning our OTC in person service for "Crypto to Cash" where you pick the money in person at our offices, you need to create an account, you just need a email. In your account you will find your own BTC address linked to your account, anytime Bitcoins are received in your account they are automatically converted into USD (2% commission), it's meaning your balance can only be USD.
Then as soon as you are ready to withdraw your USD balance, you have to come to one our offices, and transfer your USD balance to our agent's address in order to pick up your cash (Our offices/Branches And/Or Partners Charge a 1% flat fee to Deposit or Withdraw cash from your NakitCoins Account). Given mentioned above and given that there many privacy advocates on this forum practicing coin control, mixing, CoinJoin transactions, I got a question about one of the parts of your Terms and Conditions. As stated in your ToC "In case of the transactions made by users are considered suspicious, NakitCoins shall be entitled to refund the funds transferred by the users." What are the criteria for determining whether a transaction is suspicious? Will CoinJoin transaction, for instance, be considered suspicious?

I  have one question, will you be considering adding more cryptocurrency pairs in the near future? I see you only have a selected few, are you in a start-up phase, and what to see how things go?

So to answer your first question more precisely :

This part of our ToS is mostly concerning the Cash handling at our offices, let me give you a exemple : Let's say you want to purchase Bitcoin with cash physically at our offices, and you are handing over ''Tainted Bank notes'' wich could be ''Security Ink" or "Blood or whatever" wich would give us some sort of suspicion, then we will deny the transaction. This actually apply for any form of physical business in Turkey.

Our Online exchange has no restrictions, all Transactions are welcome (Coinjoin,mixed coins,etc..)

Nakitcoins don't charge deposit fee. Do I get it correct?

In the situation when Nakitcoins has to proceed refund to users, in above situation, I guess the refunded amount will be deducted with withdrawal fee and transaction fee, right? I think it is fair enough for users.

It is good and can attract users as I know many platforms have restrictions on such transactions. Some crypto gambling sites have their tools to detect CoinJoin, mixed coins and want to protect their platforms won't be compromised as a destination for money laundering.

Your open approach is good as not all people who use CoinJoin, Mixed coins are fraudulent or criminal guys.

I would advise to clear your browser cache and retry later. Unless it's happening also on different devices, it might be possible your IP got restricted like you said, since we do have some securities to avoid (Hacks,bruteforce etc...) wich limits the amont attempt or rate limits abuse...

Also note that our server may not block your IP, but Cloudflare wich is in the middle and filter all the requests might have stored your IP in their network so the issue would happen on any website behind cloudflare.


Edit: after having a look on google it seems like you use Firefox (wich i also use) and this issue is related to your browser, here is a solution to fix it : https://appuals.com/pr-connect-reset-error/ . It's possible that your browser might not be up-to-date.

Nope, that won't help. I forgot to mention in a previous post that I tested with multiple browsers. Same thing.
Also, it is worth noting that not only one IP address is being blocked. My connection has a dynamic IP address assigned to me by my provider which is reset at least once in 24 hours.

-We consider to support Tether Tron, its on our roadmap, but we prefer wait a bit till it's get more popular and common to use cause at the moment very few use it.
-About Eth 2.0 we believe it will not change much on our side.

-The Crypto Calculator is about to be updated by monday adding more crypto (all the one available in the Crypto Swap)
-We are going to stick to EURO and USD only (concerning the Cash at our offices we are dealing only USD)

The two fiats made me feel that they are main fiats your service supports. About the rate, I guess not all people know about Preev.com if they are newbies. I did not know it many months after the day I knew about bitcoin. The preev.com is more popular and known  by guys who have main jobs to make money online. For investors, I think most of them don't know about it.

If it makes sense, a small hyperlink to preev.com for the Crypto Calculator or somewhere on your website will be not bad. No adverse effect for your website, I believe so.

I don't think it would make a lot of sense. NakitCoins is in the business of buying and selling cryptocurrencies, it is quite appropriate that they have their own calculator based on their exchange rate.

Take, for example, changelly or some other crypto swap platform. You don't see references to other services on their website, do you?

It would be interesting to see some comparison and advantages for Nakitcoins compared with other similar services that are offering buying and selling cryptocurrencies, and people usually like visual stuff for this.

I tried again few days ago and I was notified simplex platform is currently having issues

My questions are;
I want to know why my credit card was rejected which every informations is up to date and I passed every necessary requirements.

the issue should be resolved within few hours, please note that if simplex rejected your transaction because of your card, it might be strongly possible that your card's issued country is not supported by simplex (our credit card processor).

Note that the website/application/exchange that you are accessing Simplex’s service from might not support your location based on its own business considerations.

If you are from the United States, the following states are not supported at all: Hawaii (HI), New York (NY).

Yes at the moment you can only exchange as base currency Bitcoin, we are working to add Ethereum and Tether USD, wich we believe to be ready for next week, we will add from time to time new currencies !

Thank you for listening my advice and creating this comparison with Changelly, and I think you should share something like this on your social media.
Nakitcoins has clear advantage for faster speed, coins can't be frozen, there is no need for passing kyc verification and you have otc service.
Changelly has been existing much longer so it's nothing strange if they support more coins, and I heard about ChangeNow and SimpleSwap but I never used them myself.

I never heard about ChangeNow and SimpleSwap, but it looks to me that they are somehow affiliate to changelly but with higher fees.

One more comparative with Mixers this time... I wouldn't Call our NC SWAP a mixer, but a "Anonymizer" would be more appropriate since we offer BTC <> XMR pair !

How about DPRK, it's on the blacklist or that list is different from the greylist?

IP's from DPRK and Iran shall not be able to reach our website... The ones from the Grey List, shouldn't be able to use our Swap.

Ok got it, thanks. I hope you would add them soon as I usually exchange altcoins into bitcoins. I tried a small test transaction with a friend and everything was smooth but having the ability to exchange between multiple crypto would be better to tackle competitors too.
The credit card exchange instead is very nice and also very easy to use: fees are truly competitive compared from what I see elsewhere
