They are not HDD, just general drives. They used to be going for around $20 a TB, not sure what the going rate is nowadays. I would have to check on brands and number I have, but you can give an offer. Are they like IDE connections rather than SATA? They are the ones with the disk in them. So 15 per TB is definitely reasonable if the drives are in good shape
