Great project always surprises me how close the team/community relationship is!

What is also more exciting is the fact that holders of the ESH tokens which is the native token of Switch (Ethershift) gets rewarded in both ESH and ETH monthly from the fees from both the switch.ag Exchange and the switchdex.ag exchanges. This reward system has been on since the beginning of this year and will continue throughout 2019.
The credibility of the team behind the project is also a good one too.
