It seems that you have no idea how to make ICO if you're asking for such generic and not detailed questions. So, I suggest to don't even try it, there was more than enough shitty ICO's. I suppose that your main intention just to get easy money from investors without doing almost anything.

You would need several stuffs for that . First one is a solid product that can be marketed, a good team & a website . You will have to explain your project publically & then you will get it done !

For a shitful ICO, you can just create some website and paste your bitcoin/ ethereum address and ask people to "invest" in your project.
It would take just a few minutes to launch such an ICO.

Would anyone deposit money there? I doubt. Thatīs the whole point of ICO.

ICO are similar to IPO, but without regulations.

Please learn the usage of ICO and problems in the ICO market first. If you do not anything automatically you will fall under scam service people.

Make one useful idea to empower the crypto marketplace.
Create a website.
ICO token buyable template in good smart contract platform as ETH,NEO, EOS and etc...
Marketing
Fundrasing
Listing

Followed this continously more upon your ICO road map.

before you starting your ICO, it is necessary to make certain substances. You must write Whitepaper, create a team, must have some initial funds to cover first expenses.
My suggestion to you, create a short project introduction and maybe post in the project development section, aks for an opinion from other members of the forum, there is a big chance to get help in your decision "run or not run ICO"

why do you think it's obligatory for new ICO to be "shitty"? OP did not say anything about his business model, they asked how to go out on the market using ICO.

I'm just sceptical when I see word "ICO". I don't know, maybe I'm wrong, but I got impression that OP just want to get easy money from investors without making working product. If he would be serious with their ICO, I'm sure that OP would ask for more specific questions.

I understand you, I have a similar attitude towards all ICO's and big promises. Because of a lot of shitty and scam ICO, perspective ideas have much hardest way to be presented. Still staying behind my advice to OP, he needs to open discussion about his project where he can get more precise suggestions.

I'm not so sure OP is genuinely asking how to launch an ICO. If you look at his other post (which is in German) he is talking about a Bitcoin exchange software and spamming a link (it has been posted here on bitcointalk at least 5 times...all deleted now)

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5153164.msg51429191#msg51429191

Quote from another forum with the same link:

This is really good news for Investors out there who are looking for ICO launch in near future!

If you are a person who does look out for an Affordable ICO software (White-label or Custom Development) please check out Zab Technologies for launching your ICO!

Before that check out our Live Demo for Free!

A good project is not only a good idea. The person running the ICO must be able to accomplish that idea successfully.

OP clearly canīt do that, as he just came to bitcointalk asking stuff that he could have googled and got a better answer in less than 5 minutes.

If he canīt google easy stuff, how will he find answer to complex questions that will certainly pop up when he is developing and running his "good project"?

How long ? It can take up to 2 years or more based on the idea of your project.
ICO business? ICO is not a business but a way of raising funds for a business startups.
My answers have to be this simple since you are a complete newbie to the ico system, you will need the following before you can even think of starting an ico: brilliant project idea, team, whitepaper, website, marketing and good luck.

Sadly you have no idea about ICO. To be honest, ICO business isn't much popular right now. And most of ICO's are not successful. However I don't know exactly how long it will take to launch a ICO website. Its depend on web developers who will create the website. You might check on marketplace like fiverr. But just create a website doesn't mean you will success on your ICO. So many things related with it, like potential team and a potential concept.

In launching ICO business is not that dude, it needs time to plan for it and you should have a team for it who will help you out
for this things. And I think it will be hard for you to to start with it, because as you we all know that most of the community are
more preferred into IEO not in the ICO so far.

Maybe ask yourself first if ICO projects can still raise a good amount in the market when people have shifted to IEO already.
