Is it possible that all the USA winners get a group package sent to someone, and than that person sends it to the USA people? I feel like it would be cheaper but I dunno

Going from Europe to USA ik is going to cost more than $7.

That's possible but I think it would be more expensive for the end consumer.
The posta.hr website in Croatia states that priority mail for 100-250g of weight is that price.
One knife is ~200g.

Unless they changed something and haven't updated their website, we should be fine :)

Could just look but have not done yet.

I have already made small cards for new batches but since the initial 10 were sold on full A4 papers, and the rest of the batch needs to have the same COA.

I offer to ship you a new COA which will be properly secured.

So my #18 Freedom&Liberty knife will also have the COA on a full A4 sheet?

It is much appreciated if there is a sort of a padding for it. Otherwise, it might arrive in the Philippines full of creases.
