Title: Selling 2.25MHS mining rig
Post by: btcbvi on March 14, 2014, 01:25:09 PM
Selling my brand new mining rig:

(3) ASUS R9 280X GPU's
Custom aluminum frame
MSI G45 Motherboard
Intel G1620 CPU
Seasonic Platinum 1000 Watt PSU
3 Powered riser cables

This rig does a solid and stable 2.25 MHS.

Asus GPU's stay cool and quiet.

All you need to do is plug in your mining pool info!

$2050 firm!

I accept btc, ltc, or cash.

Thanks!

Don't be angry, but:

You = 2250 KH/s / $2050 = 1.09KH/$1 @ 850w

Gridseed 10 Pack = 3600KH/s / $2500 = 1.44KH/$1 @ 80w.

 :(

I don't know what you paid for your hardware, or how you value your time in building it, but you're at least $500 too expensive. That's not even comparing to the gridseeds, that's just pure GPU rig costs. If I were you, I'd at least be open to offers.

I feel sorry for anyone who is selling rig's right now.  Competing with Gridseed is impossible.

At the very best you have a killer gaming rig for sale and thats it :/

1/3 of the gridseeds are DOA and the software is still buggy. Plus if larger asics come out the gridseeds will be worthless, and gpus will still hold value.
