Title: Binance UK (Jersey) Question
Post by: KarmaUK on June 13, 2019, 11:08:01 PM
I'm a UK resident and have a bit of BTC on Binance exchange.

If 1 x BTC hits £7k (for example) I want to move my funds to GBP fiat and wait for a price drop £6k.

GBP isn't on Binance so should I swap out to a stable-coin on Binance or can I sign-up to Binance Jersey and swap out to GBP fiat?

Thank you

You can use a stable coin like tether or true usd as they serve the exact same purpose.

You may only want to transfer to jersey or another exchange that allows fiat withdrawals to your bank, when you actually want to to make the transfer to your bank

According to this Official Launch of Binance's EUR/GBP Fiat Exchange - Binance.je (https://www.binance.com/en/support/articles/360022037951-Official-Launch-of-Binance-s-EUR-GBP-Fiat-Exchange-Binance-je)

You can exchange bitcoin to GBP but only on this website Binance.je or alternatively you can use any stable coin if you decide to stay on binance.com exchange.
