Title: Trust ratings and declared alternative accounts
Post by: Kuffy on June 14, 2019, 08:48:39 AM
Kuffy is a declared alternative account registered by Jet Cash, It was registered here because I use Kuffy as a sobriquet for various domain name activities in other forums. I wanted to protect the name here, as I accept Bitcoin and a couple of other altcoins in payment for names. It occurred to me that it might be useful if the trust/reputation system had a method by which members could declare their alternative accounts. The current neutral trust entries go some way towards this, but it may be better to have a more formal method.

Many senior members have alternative accounts for honest and legitimate reasons. I believe that those should be declared, and any activities in their use should influence the reputation of the master account. As an extension of this, it may be useful to add cautions to master accounts if they use undeclared alternative accounts.

Can you confirm your post with the other account (Maybe signing all from a known bitcoin address)?

Thanks.
