I don't think they ever became available. He said he could see them in the account but could not access them.

So, for them, you are actually down. And the banks' websites should never go down...

It should be resolved shortly. I also have to give a shout out to Matt Wright! He called me and let me know that server was having problems nearly 20 minutes before the automated systems caught it. EDIT: www.flexcoin.com is now working as expected. Again we apologize for it, the good news is that the actual site ( https://bank.flexcoin.com ) never went down, it was a differing server that was for the most part just a marketing page that was down.
