I want to sell btc for paypal transfer. My term are below:
1.  I will not use your escrow service so you can lock my coins.
2. If we deal I will not send BTC first since BTC is not chargebackable.
3. I will not pay until funds are 100% available and ready for me to initiate a transfer once it says successful I will pay.

You don't trust us, therfore, we don't trust you.

It's not impossible for a newbie to own a large amount of bitcoin, but all of us know that trust is earned here, not just given. I honestly think newbies should not be allowed in this section period. Too much of a chance to be scammed.

Anyone who uses the word "chargebackable" Is def a scammer

No transaction would happen with this term, unless you change your mind and you use escrow fro both parties.
