For verification use or any other purpose or any website that accept prepaid VISA card. 3DS verification is not available. Card prefix would be 4228. Re-topup is not available. When the balance is used up, you can continue to keep the card, it won't expire untill the expire date comes. EDIT FOR THE PRICE CHANGED,please see my last post. For now, the card works for Netflix,HBO,Paypal. And many other websites. But it is not guaranteed.I just list these here for recommend use.
