The XMR/USD pair has been consolidating between $81 and $100 for the past three weeks, which is a positive sign. The price has sustained above both moving averages, which are likely to complete a bullish crossover. This will indicate a change in trend.

If the bulls push the price above $100, a rally to $150 in the medium-term is probable. It is unlikely to be a straight dash to this level as the cryptocurrency might face minor hiccups at $114.840 and $128.650. However, if the sentiment remains positive, these levels will be crossed.

Since many coins are out in the market, i think the reporters miss the other coins since they only focus on top coins but if they make a lot of time on this research for sure some altcoins will appear. BNB performed well for the last months and until now, so i think he must take the place over NEO. Anyways this might be a paid advertisement again, so its our choice to listen or not.

I think he also missed xrp. BNB is also a good choice because Binance has become more and more reputable with its users.

I think EOS needs its place on this list. It is the token that managed to show the best performance. It will recover fast, and this year it can reach 10-12 dollars. As for the rest cryptocurrencies, they are really cool.

I think you forget the BNB on your list, you can look the performance this year. BNB price keep rising and touch their highest number, I don't understand why you miss a coin as good as a BNB.

Or the author wasn't able to ride the hype of BNB early on that's why he has to leave it and just put coins that we all know have been performing very well specially we are in the bull session already.

Or probably BNB didn't do well this week, remember they mentioned that they are going to stop catering for US citizens. So there is the chance that the recent BNB pull back we have seen recently was due to this. Although they also said that they're going to have their own Binance US (We don't have specific date yet.)

Remember people the author has always a choice to include the 'top' performing coins for him. I don't find something wrong about his list although I don't hold all of them but I can say that those coins have performed well.

I agree that there are some coins that aren't on the list that should belong. But I think it's a tough time for the author to choose from those. BNB sure is one of the top performers and I'm also curious why it wasn't included.

Link is also +750% in year.

Remember that another half a year is in bear market, so Chainlink have performed really really good.

It also hit new ATH 2 days ago, so this may or may not to be the best time to buy, who knows.

You should look the chart for BNB from January to right now, BNB is best gainer coin in 2019, its have more than 3x price and more

It looks like that chart or list are not based on the real value that already brought by the token. Remember there was a lot of tokens are having better performance compared with XMR and NEO. It looks like OP was missing a lot of things that need to be considered as main consideration to determine the performance from any coin/token. OP you should see what others suggested for you. Why some promising coin is not even listed.

I am glad to see that I have three of the coins listed there which I really love,,, Litecoin, Monero and Bitcoin. These three are definitely one of a kind in Bitcoin (no competitor) Litecoin (the true alt) and Monero (the only privacy coin).

I have some NEO and ETH as well to be honest, but these I care nothing for and only keep them for profitability.

Thoses coins are already in the top cryptocurrencies. They are sure investment value. But there is surely better performers. Some unknown altcoins are appearing each week in the top 100 coins.
Thoses coins are the top performers, but nobody really knew them before. If you succeed to buy them before they enter the top 100 coins, you can surely become rich. But the risk to lose money is bigger.

The one I noticed most was the NEO. NEO really has a very good foundation, but the shadow of ETH is too big, so it is being overshadowed by the opponent. Currently it is only attracting some normal projects but not too good.
The fact is that I have seen and experienced NEO-based projects, it's quite amazing but the level of security and steps is very cumbersome and takes a lot of time.
Meanwhile, the platform of ETH is really useful and easy to upgrade and develop.
that's why the NEO still needs to improve its platform more and promote better in the future.

I see chainlink has the potential to go up continuously, since the last two weeks of the movement is quite good I did not suspect until now the positive role has continued at link.

BNB, BTC, LTC are the projects with the strongest growth since the market hit the bottom. NEO has not really had any significant growth since the beginning of the year, although XMR and ETH have grown but not strongly. instead LINK and Enjin coin recently showed a new break in price, it deserves to be in the top 5.

I think you should add BNBs and become the top 6 altcoin performers. now the BNB is also a good and potential coin, you can see the movements of these coins on several exchanges.

I always agree that without these currencies Crypto market will not be fulfilled easily but there are some other cryptocurrencies also performing well so that we need to add them also to perform better market

Well, it's OP focusing on the top 5 coin in the market but he might forgot to dig deeper and find those coins as you have said.
I agree with you that many coins shows some great improvements but some of us never look into it cause we think that they aren't profitable than on the top altcoins.

yes, maybe the OP hasn't been digging deeper because of time constraints, or it's been chased for time to immediately post. or maybe different points of view in his research, so that different criteria are considered in his research.

You are right and I think BNB is the MVP this year. BNB soar high and it seems like they unstoppable. BTC is given but it would be good to see other alts on the list. Especially those projects that came from BNB launchpad. Cz is the man of the year and binance is at killing spree on other exchanges.

People love BNB right now and it makes this coin more attractive compared to known altcoins in the market today.

This is hilarious. It's indeed strange that a coin(bnb) which is the only coin to shatter its all time high record at over $24.5 from 2017 does not top a list of top 5 performing coins in 2019. Another exchange coin which catches my fancy is Nash(Nex)

And maybe KCS, which also has the potential to become the next bnb. But who knows.  :)

with bad news about Due to Centralization Concerns make they continue down .
although price still stable,but the fact eos have serious problem with centralization.
