So I was trying to buy an AWS SES account from this so called James faggot. He refused to use an escrow because he was hooked up in an escrow. I did not believe it but anyway. I checked the account I was going to buy via TW. It seemed fine and real.

I offered him that I would send 1/2 of money first and he was supposed to give me account and I was going to send the rest. He accepted it but later refused to send the account and refund.

What do you mean by "hooked up in an escrow" and if the seller refused to use escrow then it's a red flag, you should have ignored the seller.

Anyway, sorry to hear about your loss... Post the TX and skype chat to make your accusation with concrete evidence.

Grand. I've checked the video and he seems like he is happy scamming you. On the basis of the Skype account mentioned in his thread and in your video, it's safe to assume you're talking with the same guy and I supported the flag. I hope DT members support your flag too.

This is rubbish, why cant you guys think a bit, did you ask him what he is trying to do too me as well? i get scammed trusting people to pay me half of my service and after deliver the service they close me up. i ask him to complete my pay if i did not deliver then go a head to do whatever he likes, if i may ask did you guys know his intention to me ? no but you supported him been lousy over 22$ he is such a big fool. my trusted clients still believe me and has trust in my services. you have done your worse next time you guys has to borrow some sense , ask the accuser first before causing or wasting time posting rubbish on peoples post

Try to do better to defend yourself.  I am leaning towards siding with the complainant; even before I hear what you have to say further at this point.  But ill give you the benefit of the doubt.

Those who supported the flag can still withdraw if you are able to convince them with your part of the story, of course with evidence.

If you have evidence then put it in this thread as soon as possible before 3 DT members support the flag.

Now I’m curious, is this because you can’t delete a flag after 3 DT supports? Is that stated anywhere because something like that seems important. Or is that just an arbitrary deadline you setup(not criticizing btw)?

I had asked Qservices to tell his part of the story and to provide evidence against the OP to prove himself honest, but it seems he doesn't have anything.

I was asked to give my opinion on this matter.

First: I find it very hard to take an accusation seriously when someone talks like this:

This is a very long and chaotic way to do business. It's like: one guy says "Bro that's my policy" and the other guy says "Ok bro", and it goes on and on and on.
A proper way to make a deal, is creating one post in the appropriate thread to confirm all details, after which the other party quotes it and confirms the details.

Now it goes like "i send you 1/2 of btc,k you give me account, i send you the rest", then 3 minutes later asks: "eth address please", followed by much more messages, some misunderstanding about what was expected to be bought, and then OP starts with "son of bitch" and "Motherfucker".
It's terrible to read the entire thing from a video, OP can you post a transcript?

Based on what I've seen so far, without transcript:
My suggestion (in this order!)
1. Cean: post a refund addy. Post it here, in public, in this thread.
2. Qservices: refund Cean.
3. Both: learn how to do business. Make clear requests, don't send 500 messages about something this small, and put all requirements in 1 post. Don't do business together again.
4. All who left red trust or supported a flag: remove the tag, stop supporting the flag.
5. Cean: lock this thread.
(After reading a decent transcript I might still change this)

well... a newbie with a lot of clients, and just 10 posts (!) without any previous feedback, sounds a bit strange to me :) ... moreover he is off line since 18 june ... and all activity was around 1 month here.

if it's true the first part of the history (agreement for 1/2 payment => delivery of item => 1/2 payment) it's a pure scam attempt ask a full payment ;) after receiving the first payment.

Agree with everything there. I will stop supporting the flag & remove my neg when I see the refund has been done.

I had given 2 days to Qservices to prove himself honest, but he didn't write anything... so today I decided to support the flag and leave a negative rating.

If Qservices refund to Cean then I'll withdraw the support for flag.
But removing my negative rating, not sure yet because there is something needed to warn future potential victims? Please advise?

@LoyceV, well, sorry for being rude in the post but I couldn't stay calm when that kid was laughing on the line. I don't think he will refund it at all because I have already sent him the refund address and he requested me to send the rest so that he could refund (like, really?) He didn't blocked me still, though.

You could have read the messages easily by pausing the video. I wanted to post full chat and thought video was the best option to demonstrate.
