They are making noise at the right timing, when the market is bullish, people will appreciate this kind of news and people will speculate. I just saw recently that XRP increase at least 5%, for a big coin with huge volume, that 5% is already a big thing. Looking at the prospects and the achievement behind ripple in recent years, I definitely know there is more news for traders or users who would trust in ripple. The progression may be low though but I know success awaits those of us who would have some patience.
