The feedbacks are not public? Then what will let others be cautioned about the project in case it is to serve as a warning to people who want to deal with the company? I think the feedbacks should be made public as we do see in public reviews of companies for the best of customers.

We all get upset when the stomach is empty especially when the food is burnt away. The easyfeedback complaint tool is a very powerful one. Susana is not the only one take the tool advantage. I believe this tool will rule the feedback market.

Who is Susana? How did she use the system? I don't see any form to fill to give your experience about a place. How does this work? When is this going to live and in use?
I love the whole idea if incentivising reviewing consumers thoughts on different places. I think most of the time people do not do it for the exact reasons explained on the easy feedback tokens website.
The main reasons I think are that is takes time and you mostly feel you don't gain so much so people feel it is going out of their way.

I am more inclined to follow you since you have run your bounty so well and you are using tokpie which is is brilliant and you running an IEO so the token is directly available on the tokpie platform.

💡The blockchain platform of members is based on a triple system:


1️⃣ An Accreditation System: All members of the platform will be identified so that they can receive rewards with our token in their own EasyFeedback wallet.

💡How are EFTs generated and delivered based on Proof of feedback?


1️⃣ Whenever users send feedback, they may be eligible to receive EFTs for their communication. In addition, there is a percentage of EFTs generated to cover the cost of managing the internal validator node/oracle.

2️⃣ The total amount of EFTs shall be pre-mined at the start and the only way to mine EFTs shall be with the Proof of feedback explained.

As you may know Easy Feedback Token OÜ operates from Estonia. The Estonian government changed the regulations for granting or maintaining cryptocurrency licenses, giving companies until July 1 to adapt to the new regulations.

This new regulation supposes:

💼 The lawyer validator node/oracle will evaluate the feedback by EasyFeedback users, sent in the form of complaints, according to these 3 categories:

1️⃣ The feedback sent is a complaint/claim that has no possibility of being dealt with as a judicial or extrajudicial claim.
2️⃣ The feedback sent is a complaint/claim liable to be dealt with successfully through an extrajudicial claim.
3️⃣ The feedback sent is a complaint/claim that can be dealt with successfully through a judicial claim.

🛄 The lawyer validator node/oracle will be composed, in each country, by a reputable Law Firm specialising in Consumer Protection. In Spain, the law firm for this purpose is IurisConsum.

This lawyer validator node/oracle will give tokens to users who send feedback with the following criteria:

1️⃣ If the feedback sent has no possibility of being dealt with as a judicial or extrajudicial claim, the validator node/oracle will give no tokens.
2️⃣ If the feedback sent can be dealt with successfully through an extrajudicial claim or a judicial claim, the lawyer validator node will reward the user with EFT tokens, When you hire the law firm to handle the claim, the claim has been handled and the judge has ruled.
3️⃣ The lawyer validator node/oracle will grant in EFT the equivalent of 10% of the compensation obtained once the judge has passed sentence.

We are working in order to get new licenses from Estonian Government as soon as possible (There is one unified license for a virtual currency service provider that covers exchange and wallet service providers). We are presenting all requirements and the maximum period of time for Estonian Government to grant new licences is 120 days. This means that we would get the licenses on January 15th 2021 as the latest, but we hope to get them sooner. We haven’t informed before about these news due to the fact that we haven’t had any specific information about the new requirements of Estonian Government.

Once we get the licences, there will be a PRE-SALE period of 1 month for whitelist.
After ending the PRE-SALE we will start the IEO.

The Korean Market is one of the first markets where IEO will be launched. So we are we are working on several activities:

Products for consumers

1. “Proof of Feedback” between users and companies and institutions

EasyFeedback Token “EFT” was created to reward people who from www.EasyFeedback.com communicate useful and private feedback to improve products, services and processes of companies and institutions. 

Whenever users send useful feedback, they receive EFTs for their communication. The validator oracle (internal or company) will evaluate the feedback sent by EasyFeedback users according to these 3 criteria: usefulness, originality and execution and he will be rewarded for his feedback.  

We will also create a visual recognition system (Platinum, Gold, Silver, Bronze badges) that users can use in their social network profiles. This recognition will be elaborated according to the "Proof of feedback" sent by the user. These recognition could be by economic sectors and/or global.

2. Legal Advice

Two weeks after sending a complaint / claim by a user, we will send him an email to let us know if the company has responded and if he would recommend them to his family and friends. If the company that receives the feedback does not have the commitment to Excellence in Customer Care (subscription to EasyFeedback PRO) and the user is not satisfied with the resolution of their claim or has not received any response, we offer legal advice services. Already available in Spain, Colombia and Mexico.

EasyFeedback obtains incomes when users of the platform claim companies under a Success Fee model: we only charge a percentage of the compensation if we win.

With the tokenization of our current service the consumer will receive a percentage of “EFT” of the claim.

3. Use of EFTs in the EasyFeedback Online Store

With the launch of the EasyFeedback Token, a Marketplace (online store) is incorporated into the business model. In this online store we will offer:

- Our own exclusive products and services.
- Products and services of our customers.
- Third-party products and services so that EasyFeedback users can use their EFT tokens.
- Products made in our social project YIOOW (Your Idea Our Original Work).
- Possibility to buy Amazon gift cards with their EFT tokens in those countries where it has activity.

4. Use of EFTs on the EasyFeedback Token debit card

The EasyFeedback Token can be used directly through our debit card (in PolisPay) along with the cryptocurrencies that are already available.

We are working so that EFT can be used on other cards such as Wirex or Minexpay.

5. Income generated by commissions (fee) of exit of the EFTs

A user registered within EasyFeedback has an EasyFeedback Web Wallet. The EFTs he gets thanks to the Proof of Feedback are delivered in this wallet.

Each month, our users send feedback to more than 140 new companies that they had never addressed before.

That is, each feedback sent by one of our users to a company, generates an impact on a potential customer of our products for companies. All products for companies are sold in EFTs.

Companies must stake a minimum amount of EFT in order to access the contracting of these products.

For example, a washing machine manufacturer rewards its customers, or non-customers, with EFTs, if each time they put their washing machine in operation they allow them to collect the following feedback: color of the garments, brand of soap being used, kg of clothes that are being washed, type of clothing, program used, etc. This data collection is done with several sensors that will be installed in the device.

3. EasyFeedback Health

Companies interested in this product may hire a service where EasyFeedback.com users who wish to transfer their health and lifestyle data (which they are already storing with the regular use of other applications), are rewarded by these companies with EFT for providing that information.

4. EasyFeedback Survey

The EasyFeedback Survey client companies may use surveys and market studies to obtain more information about their customers by segmenting users of the platform that send feedback. These companies will reward all platform members participating in the surveys with EFTs.

5. EasyFeedback Review

EasyFeedback Review client companies may use the platform to obtain opinions and recommendations on their products and services by segmenting users of the platform that send feedback. All platform members who participate in the opinions and recommendations will be rewarded with EFT.

To reward the users involved in these 5 tools with EFT, companies interested in these products will have to buy EFT tokens in an Exchange where EFT is listed. The “Proof of Feedback” (“PoF”) is the value that is given to this feedback. Depending on the type of feedback sent, one of the following validating oracles will intervene: internal validator oracle, company validator oracle and finally the lawyer validator oracle.

In this post we will briefly explain how the “PoF” would be evaluated by the internal validator oracle.

The internal validator oracle will evaluate the feedback that EasyFeedback users send, according to these 3 criteria: usefulness, originality, and execution.

In this way, feedback sent to companies that:

1. It is attractive, useful and interesting for the company (UTILITY);
2. Provides original and creative ideas or concepts for the company (ORIGINALITY);
3. And, in addition, the implementation is practical and feasible, helping the company to improve (EXECUTION);

will be rewarded.

The internal validating oracle will be composed in each country by a Court of Jurors.

Each feedback received will be assigned, through an automated and random lottery, to 3 of the members of the Court of Jurors who will be in charge of proceeding with its evaluation.

Each of the juror will carry out their assessment independently without knowing the identity of the user who sends the feedback, nor the assessment of the other juror and, therefore, not the final assessment. The final result of the assessment will be the average of the 3 scores of the jurors and will only be known by the user who sends the feedback.

The maximum sum of the three jurors would be 36 points, which would result in an average of 12 points. All scores will be transformed into tokens by means of the equivalence of: 12 points equals 8 dollars which, with the equivalence 1 EFT = 0.05 Dollars, initially correspond to 160 EFTs. The initial 160 tokens will vary based on the value at which they are trading on the market.

The juror also receives EFT for their work. The amount of EFT obtained for the work performed will vary over time depending on a system that will assess the quality of the evaluations issued by the juror.

Why the Total Supply amount

The amount of EASYF in the Supply Total has been calculated based on the premise of having enough EASYF to reward for “PoF” , for at least 25 years. To make the estimates, the real historical feedback sent from EasyFeedback.com in Spanish by more than 300.000 users has been taken into account.
To do this, we take the data of feedback sent from the last year and make an optimistic estimate. We estimate:
   1.   A 600% increase in feedbacks sent as the adoption of its use increases thanks to the tokenization of the service;
   2.   That of the feedback that users send through the easyfeedback.com website, we will reward 80% for the Proof of Feedback. And they will be awarded half of the maximum EASYF tokens that could be rewarded for quality.
   3.   We calculate the average world population as the population of Spain multiplied by the 194 countries that exist in the world (data from the UN 193 plus The Vatican).

Why the Hard Cap amount



Deploying our services in a country requires an estimated investment of $ 350,000. Our goal is
to be a global service offered in the 194 countries in the world.

A capital raised, greater than the $ 300,000 we estimate we need for the development of the tokenization of EasyFeedback, will allow us an implementation (faster and in more countries) directly proportional to the amount raised. We will be able to accelerate the incorporation of more and better talent for the development of EasyFeedback.com and the “Proof of Feedback” in more countries and drive an exponential growth that will affect the valuation of the project and the EasyFeedback tokens. The more feedback that is sent, the more EasyFeedback tokens will be distributed and the inherent demand from consumers and companies will be greater. More information on the whitepaper pages 23-28.
This is why the Hard Cap is so high.
It is important to remember that EasyFeedback tokens that are not sold at the ICO will be burned. So, the amount of money in circulation at the time of listing will only be that which has been used in the ICO and from that moment on, the only way to obtain EasyFeedback tokens will be through the “Proof of Feedback”.

2. Pre-Sale and sale through an IEO

Phases of Pre-Sale and IEO


Given the evolution that EasyFeedback is having (we have been selected by Lanzadera among more than 1100 companies. Lanzadera is the main business accelerator in Spain belonging to the Mercadona group, the largest supermarket chain in Spain. It is a great recognition for EasyFeedback and will suppose a great commercial, strategic and financial boost; and that Movistar, one of the top 10 most important telecommunications companies in the world, has incorporated our EasyFeedback PRO product for companies in two of its flagships in Madrid, as well as for the support of our suppliers), it will allow us to develop the “Proof of Feedback” in Spain.
 
Sales process to be carried out in the pre-sale

Following the order of registration in the whitelist, from February 15th 2021 we will send emails daily to the people already registered, with the reservation conditions they made and the purchase process to be carried out. As we have indicated, all subscribers will have seven days to make the purchase of the EasyFeedback tokens that they have reserved. After this period, the right to purchase with the bonus granted will be lost buy they may choose to purchase with a 30% Bonus.
If you have a reservation with a Bonus of 40% and at that moment you want to buy more quantity, we will sell you the additional amount with a Bonus of 30%.
Once the money for the purchase has been received, the invoice for the EASYF purchased will be sent. From 7 July (the expected end date of the Pre-Sale) the EASYF will be sent to the buyer's Wallet. The corresponding Bonus will be delivered on the first day that we are listed on Exchanges (scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2021). This is done to prevent a buyer from going to the market before the listing and wanting to sell their EASYFs at a lower price than they bought them.
The tiered selling approach will allow us to continue to welcome individuals to the whitelist who have an interest in purchasing EASYF.
During the pre-sale period and with the license granted, we will negotiate with the main centralized Tier 1 and 2 exchanges such as Binance, Bittrex, FTX, Huobi, Okex, Kucoin, Bitmex … and other smaller but well positioned in specific markets such as ChainX in South Korea.
We are also studying the launch on decentralized exchanges such as Uniswap and we see a very interesting option for Balancer as the main decentralized exchange for EASYF (in March they launch a new version and we have direct and close contact with its founder through one of our advisor).
The EASYFs sold in private sale to individuals and companies committed to our mission and to advisors, will be delivered through a vesting contract (gradual collection of the EASYFs) of at least 2 years. In both cases from the moment of being listed in an Exchange.
We will systematically inform about the evolution of the EasyFeedback token but until July 7 we will not announce the amount raised. We do not want to influence the interest or disinterest of potential buyers because the sale of EASYF goes fast or slow. On May 6th, 2019, we set up the Easy Feedback Token OÜ company in Estonia. On January 28, 2021, the Estonian government granted us these licenses (License number: FVT000423 – Area of activity: Providing a virtual currency service). We are pleased to inform you that we have completed the first phase of our pre-sale with the 40% bonus scheduled for Q1-Q2 2021.

We would like to thank all the people from 55 countries who have purchased EasyFeedback tokens.


  
We are glad to share that we have reached the 6.000.000 “EASYFs” sold (equivalent to 300.000 USD), that was our target for this first pre-sale phase with a 40% bonus. Actually, there have been a few more than the 6,000,000 EASYFs initially planned with a 40% bonus because it was difficult to limit the purchase once the process was opened to a user.

In this distribution of tokens, the amount delivered doesn’t  include the bonus. The corresponding bonus will be delivered on the first day that we are listed on Exchanges (scheduled for Q4 2021). In order to receive the bonus, the Wallet where the tokens are delivered must hold the same “EASYFs” initially delivered. This is done to prevent buyers from going to the market before the listing and wanting to sell their “EASYFs” at a lower price.

These tokens are part of the tokens we have allocated to the IEO phase 1. “EASYFs” purchased in the Pre-Sale whith the 30% bonus level will be sent with their corresponding bonus to the Wallets of their purchasers on the first day we are listed on Exchanges (scheduled for Q4 2021).

We will report monthly on the progress of the EasyFeedback token in this pre-sale phase. We will not give details of the amount we are raising until we start the IEO. We take this opportunity to update the information about our next steps regarding the IEO/IDO.

As you know our aim is to be in Exchanges Tier1 and Tier2 for our IEO. Prior to getting an agreement with these, we have been requested to give some relevant information regarding our project. Specially sensitive is to have a legal memorandum indicating that our token is a utility token. We already had this legal memo but it was released by a Spanish lawyer firm. Nevertheless majority of Tier1 and Tier2 Exchanges ask for this legal document to have been released by a lawyer firm in accordance with some quite restrictive conditions, among others:    


1. The Legal Opinion hereunder shall be issued by a Tier 1 or Tier 2 Hong Kong, Singaporean, American and/or other approved jurisdictions’ law firms in capital markets. The ranking of the law firm shall be identified according to the ranking results released by such authoritative agencies as “Chambers and Partners and Legal 500”.

3. Shall be one established prior to December 31, 2016.

We continue with the conversations with Tier 1 and Tier 2 Exchanges although this process regarding the legal memorandum has taken more time than initially scheduled. That is why we have slightly updated our Roadmap. It’s not about making hasty decisions, but about getting right the next steps.

Till we reach an agreement under suitable conditions, we will continue with the Sale phase with the conditions shown on our website. 

In case that the final conditions are not convenient for our project and for the investors who have already placed their trust in us, we have already started to work on an alternative based on IDO. We are mainly focused on Balancer, SushiSwap or Uniswap as DEX where to launch the EasyFeedback token. 

We might also consider bridging the token to Binance Smart Chain (BSC) and list the EasyFeedback token in PancakeSwap right afterwards.
