Title: Huobi .co or .com
Post by: examplens on June 19, 2019, 10:08:28 PM
I register an account on Houbi.co, accidentally I try to log in on huobi.com, but without success. They do not use the same database.
Does anybody know is it the same company in both domains? Also, I can't find his ANN here or anything related to this exchange

Are you sure that you registered with Huobi[.]co? it seems that I can't access this site.

Huobi.Com is the right website and they also have a korean version according to coingecko from here https://www.coingecko.com/en/exchanges/huobi_korea

huobi.co I can't seem to find this site here on the forum except on Russian section from here https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5078250.160

it looks like they are discussing about huobi websites with .co and .com try to read the link above and maybe you will get the answer.

I only knew there were Huobi.com and HGB.com (Huobi Global) but apparently, they're the same? https://huobiglobal.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000228441-Huobi-Prime-s-First-Launch-TOP-New-Holders-Traders-Win-5M-TOP-Awards-

I can't access the link for some reason, but from google search, Huobi.co is showing there:

If you can't read the link either, I would suggest contacting Huobi.com and asking them.

Registered regularly. I did not check this when to register the first time.
After failed logins on .com, I checked registration email, and all links from these emails come from .co domain. I deposit some funds there, trade and withdrawal successfully. Also, use his API for Jade trading bot, and everything working properly. I can't say anything suspicious about them.
I will contact their support just to be sure what's going on there.

Hi crypto ind, we have multiple domain names, each managed by one of our office. However, all will lead to the same data server which is http://huobi.pro  😀

8:52 PM - 31 May 2018

When you are logging on Huobi.Pro or trading, please make sure that if the domain name belongs to Huobi.Pro, if you are not sure about it, you may ask the customer service for help.

The multiple domain names are confusing and inconvenient in terms determining if you're in a phishing site or not, hell, it's something you do every time you visit a site. It's not like the support would respond right way either  :'(

New info, they have huobi.pro domain also in his own.
As I say, he can easily get my login information. Seems very phishy.
