I give you one Idea if you want to recruit translators crew for for your announcement and white paper. Just create the the bounty thread for translation campaign.
Just add languages whatever you want it and mention the compensation amount in the native tokens you have. That is enough to get high quality translators,if you posted like this service said they will cost you in dollars are will ask you big amount. All the best...
