In my opinion this coin have all chance give very good investment returns.
Why I think so ?
1. uPlexa have low circulation supply
2. uPlexa have low max supply
3. This coin have stable network
4. I can mine this coin on my android phone (soon on iPhone too)
5. Project is live and have regular updates
6. This coin very cheap now because started without ICO
7. uPlexa have innovative ideas

The circulating supply for uplexa is around 1.5 billion so do you think that's low? I don't know the coin completely but every time I see someone tells good quality of unknown coins, I'm starting to doubt. You can mine this coin with your phone? is it the same simulation as electroneum has introduced?

Yes it is, and that's why all of points that have already mentioned by OP is not true. He doesn't even known about the fundamental of the electroneum right now and it seems like that he was also creating a non sense speculation.
100x just like a dream for this token. When it was a good token and investors will definitely buy it instantly.

I have a guess that it's between of these two conclusions that I've made.

• He's an investor of that coin
• He's a promoter of that coin

Either of the two or I can also be wrong.

What does that mean the token started without ICO? So how can they collected money to develop their project

It's even circulating supply only, we still don't know how much total supply for this coin

Yeah, no CMC doesn't have the data for the maximum supply but it shows that the total supply is also the same as circulating supply. There's only 2 exchange where you can trade this coin and I don't think that the volume is good enough for liquidity.

There's only one thing, when they have hit the exchanges, people started buying them. That's the very possible thing that can happen if there's no ICO done.

yes that true, even OP doesn't know average low supply or high supply.
and also mining on smartphone is a worst idea.
for me , some coin can be mined on smartphone its just like a approach to people, because i cant see any real profit from it.

I dont know how about x100, but this coin have huge potential and good for use/ mine coins on my android phone  ;)
