You can use https://localbitcoins.com/ service for this, ones you send the btc to the page then place the sell order and use the rent bill info for the bank transaction, once the buyer sends you the receipt then send that information to your landlord as the rent payment.

This should work.

UK ?
I heard they have very strict regulations regarding the circulation of crypto currencies in that country, I think it will be difficult for you to get a way to pay rent with Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies.

You should post in beginners and help section , otherwise it might get deleted or moved .

Ok so there is only one way that I can think of.

Ask the second person to make a BTC address , then send the money in his wallet and ask him to encash.

Otherwise directly go to sites like local bitcoins , select the Currency , sell you BTC and then it will be deposited in the bank directly .

Yes, That's correct! But a majority of the traders don't send payments to a third party accounts. Means you need to convert your bitcoins to your own bank account which you can later transfer to your landlord's account. The traders usually won't transfer it directly to your landlord's account. Because third party transfers come with a significant risk attached with it.

Also not just Localbitcoins, there are paxful, bisq and other exchanges available as well! However, there is no other way to pay directly in bitcoin to a bank account. You need to have a trader to exchange it first!

in the UK it does have strict rules for bitcoin, I think it might be difficult, I read an article about Britain 2018 ago. I don't know right now maybe there has been a change regarding the regulation of bitcoin in the UK or it still remains the same as in 2018 ago.

The UK has no specific rules for Bitcoin. That's one of the reasons it's nowhere compared to other countries. Lack of rules means banks get twitchy about having anything to do with it.

I don't think selling through Localbitcoins or anything P2P on a regular basis is particularly advisable. Multiple payments from a different people every month will drive your bank nuts. They'll think you're money laundering or operating an undeclared business.

Easiest way is to sell through Coinbase Pro and send to your account though I'm not sure what the situation is with bank transfers. They may have stopped faster payments for now. Alternatively withdraw from Coinbase to Paypal and from Paypal to your bank and they won't see anything crypto related.
