Have you already got a bounty manager or still you are looking for? I have never managed bounty but I think I am able to do it professionally. Let me know if you are okay with inexperienced manager.

I'd like to recommend yahoo62278 (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=355846), he's a very trustworthy campaign/bounty manager in the forum and has a lot of experience in managing campaigns/bounties. I'm enrolled to one of his campaign.

But you have to agree to his conditions and if he sees that your project isn't plausible, you have to respect his decision.

Moderator/admin isn't same with bounty manager. You should clearly about this.
As you already tried to contact Hhampuz, i think you should lock this topic. Both Hhampuz or yahoo62278 are the best bounty manager on here

There are two types of Bounty manager one who takes fee in BTC or any trad-able altcoin and second who takes token. Edit OP and add in which method you prefer to pay to your Bounty Manager.

Most of the projects should take a survey like what you did and asks for the opinion of others on whom are the best people to handle and manage their bounties. Then you should start locking this thread since you have done your agreement already.

Hhampuz is a great campaign manager, I don't know what has happened. I strongly suggest to the OP to recruit Hhampuz.
However, as far as I know, Julerz also a good campaign manager, I have seen him to manage some campaign so far.

Some issues on his, Hhampuz end, not Mine. We discussed, agreed and committed, which is why I closed this thread and the bounty earlier. Lost 5 days. Let's see.

As an update that I saw to their official telegram:

They already get hhampuz as their bounty manager! Wow. Having hhampuz to handle the campaign will help them to become successful. Since hhampuz is one of the great manager here. He/she done a lot in the side of the projects as well as the investors. I hope to join soon at their campaign.

As i said earlier in this thread, we are not using him any longer. Some issues on his side.
