When I was young I was always very happy. But in recent years my happiness as been taken by the case of life. Each day I sit down and ask myself what is really the problem. The things that excite me before is now looking wired to me. Looking so depressed each day. Am grateful for this I really hope it will make me happy. Thanks

We all get a limited time and making the most of every day is a key to happiness.

If happiness were to be found then it would have been better to find it You have to make way for happiness You have to take responsibility for your own good and evil. So forget about grief and try to do something that will make you happier.

I believe happiness isn't a thing you get from the outside world you may have all the reasons that should make you happy but you are not. It's a feeling that comes from the inside you can choose to be happy or not by setting your own mind to believe in what you can achieve and you have right now

not just accepting but acknowledging whats the beauty about those things because sometimes it only takes our affection to find that happiness is already beside us,and this is the problem from those who always seeks for happiness but not valuing what they have in hands.

I think each of us experienced to become genuinely happy in our childhood days because we are not facing any problem like adult people do. We're just playing, eating and have fun around thats why I often hear to my friends they want to go back in time wherein you live without problem and stress. Happiness is a choice learn to accept, forgive and fight because it wont stay long, the time will come all your problems will turn to memory.

Personally, I don't need much for happiness. I can say that I'm already a happy person, because I have my house and my family.

While it may be possible to have a certain degree of peace in your heart, I don't believe that it's possible to always be happy.
