Finally the first couple of orders for the Crypto Stamps are here...

Don't expect any payments till I have these in hand and post some pictures. Just asking people if they do like to reserve some. All Stamps are in hand..


Removing the prices since some people have issues with other people selling stuff for profit

Red Stamps - With my luck I highly doubt that I will get any of these in my order.  ;D ;D As expected, no Red ones in the first 2 orders.

If someone is interested in buying singles or multiple, do let me know, willing to work on the prices if you are buying multiples.

Those are very steep prices. Almost x4 and x8 of retail price on the most common stamps, black and green  ??? :o

Had to pay the guy to pick these up and ship it to me plus the tips for doing this for me.. Austrian guys doesn’t come cheap for their services.. hahahhaha

For prices I am Just using the approx prices based on the recent sales.. will adjust based on if someone wants to order multiples.. Not in it to make too much money but at the same time, doesn’t wanna give it away too below market price..

You can twist and turn the words in the open forum but for me I paid about $18 including shipping for this batch. So it's not the multipliers for me that you are talking about..

This post is just for people if they are interested, I am not twisting anyone's arm to buy these for the the asking prices...

Well for the flights they not cheap from US to Austria, if I flew to buy those stamps, I will be asking x20 for black ones too, but again not twisting anyone's arms to buy for that..... lol

Nice, I am guessing a lot of people are still waiting for some nice crypto stamp orders. Wish I had done the same, ordered with friends directly from a post office, but they still don't even have confirmation that our order got through... Anyway, good luck with the red ones!
Regarding prices, that's way below of what I saw on ebay etc., so I don't see a problem, should sodl.

@Bavi: You can fly to Austria, but that won't help much, as they seem to be sold out. Online and at offices.
I actually made a trip to Austria last week (Monday) and already most offices were sold out.


And for the math geeks, here are your chances for red stampa depending on your size of order (numbers on x-axis):

DARK BLUE = Chance to get exactly ONE red stamp.
RED = Chance to get exactly TWO red stamps.
YELLOW = Chance to get exactly THREE red stamps.
GREEN = Chance to get exactly FOUR red stamps.
DARK LIGHT BLUE = Chance to get FIVE OR MORE red stamps.
BROWN = Chance to get exactly NINE red stamps.

There was only 1 yellow that showed up in the lot which makes me think either I am too unlucky or they are already vetted out by someone..

The yellow was already sold to one of the members who was the first to order when i posted the original post.

If someone is still interested, I was think of selling in sets or singles as below:

That is cool. i bought 25, so a 22 percent chance for a red.  Not too bad if everyone in the postal system is playing fair and not scanning codes in advance.

What i wanted to know when these were initially for sale is at what quantity to buy to ensure two full sets - one to keep and one to sell.  i guess that is the same as finding two red ones, since those are the rarest.

Odds wise 1 out of every 100 stamps is a red one.  First couple days odds were probably fine.  When they kept selling out I'm sure more postal workers caught on and scooped up most of the good ones

Lat 6 stamps left if anyone wants them, 2 Blue, 4 green..

How are you doing this calculation and based on what? How much is the chance for 1000 stamps?
