I am the ICO advisor for CRYPTO MARKET ADS.

Many CEOs have now come forward and stand by our side.

We have published recorded audio proof of their evil and illegal schemes!

In order to ensure they will never be able to sell the tokens that they stole from us, we will be burning old tokens and creating a new token. Real investors will of course be reimbursed.

We have launched legal action against IDAX. The COO of IDAX has already fled and deleted his digital footprints!

We will keep everyone updated! IDAX will be taken down.

Stay strong with us! CMA will continue to do the ICO because we believe this project to be one of a kind!

I greatly salute the courage of the CMA team being able to expose the illegal activities of IDAX exchange. I have always known that this exchange will turn out to be a scam, and now here we are. I just hope these scammers will be brought justice and refund every dime they have collected from innocent people.

I would also not recommend this exchange.
In general, here is a topic from February.
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5109120.msg49709982#msg49709982

I have paid my tokens but I can't withdraw them.
There is support on the telegram - which seems to be false and totally chaotic.

They extort documents from people and steal data.

When I asked uncomfortable questions on the telegram (e.g. about the jurisdiction and the right to collect data without appropriate tools) I was automatically banned

They smell a mile away!

The inheritors of Genghis Khan thought they’ll be able to fool everyone with some feculent IEO worth a shitload of money🤔
Find out here, whether they’ve succeeded😄

whether someone was reporting problems with IDAX exchange to services like Coinmarketcap, Coingecko etc... I still can find them as trading options for some tokens. He needs to be removed from trusted exchange lists.

Well, it would be hard to get such a result but they have at least to try to communicate with each of this information portals.
As they write in their disclaimers "...No part of the content that we provide constitutes financial advice, legal advice or any other form of advice meant for your specific reliance for any purpose. Any use or reliance on our content is solely at your own risk and discretion. You should conduct your own research, review, analyze and verify our content before relying on them. Trading is a highly risky activity that can lead to major losses, please, therefore, consult your financial advisor before making any decision. No content on our Site is meant to be a solicitation or offer."
So, they say that they only provide the information on one page from the different resources and therefore they are not obliged to change it.
But, at least, they could make a visible remark about the facts of existing accusations on fraud behavior from this exchange.

Most important: Audio call with our CEO of CryptoMarketAds.com — Oleg Martinuk and Vicky from IDAX.pro operations department. Audio file: https://we.tl/t-9Di49HlljR

Please tell me someone archived or made a copy of this audio before it was removed? I want to listen to this stuff, even if this was bound to happen during the phase of IEO mania.
I participated in the xcrypt and cma bounties, so would be good to hear things first hand. Glad to hear this exchange being outed by projects they stole from though, that's refreshing.
Thanks in advance for another copy of the recording...

The article was deleted already. If am not mistaken, the company involved was Cryptomarketads. They already settled their differences with IDAX and still proceeded with their IEO there after all the drama. Here's what they have to say about the exchange now https://twitter.com/CryptoMarketAds/status/1158662856113569795

Ye, the exchange idax resolved this before the cma team bring them to court, so far the token will be avail in the exchange this month. But even the issue was resolved that doesnt mean that people, or any crypto project should trust this exchange, that incident should serve as a warning to anyone who wants to work with them.

Exactly, it's hard to trust IDAX after all that was revealed. What I find strange here is how CMA still agreed to get listed there instead of taking their money and move on to another better exchange. They must have gotten an irresistible offer from IDAX.

It seems to me like exit scam. This is his last announcement from 24.Nov. (https://idax.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360036736691-IDAX-no-longer-provide-services-for-users-in-China) and I can't find anything about missing Global CEO. Only encourage users (except users in China) to use this exchange.

Code:
Dear IDAX users:

The author of the topic kept silent about the fact that he created the announcement of this exchange in the Russian local (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4753839). For more than a year that topic was in the Russian local and hunted for its victims. Moreover, when he was an unknown user with a low rank, he did not create such topics. And when he received the signature "Moderator" and with it automatically Legendary rank, then he found time to create such announcements of dubious services.

Creating announcements of such dubious services by a man with the caption "moderator" creates risks for inexperienced people who trust the word "moderator".

That website is stealing personal information such as (E-Mail) and selling them to many peoples for spamming mails such as phishing/scamming.

Game-Protect is well known scammer (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=trust;u=874254).  He spams these scam accusation threads hoping to convince someone to pay him to get your losses back.  He'll waste a bunch of your time, and then try to convince you to send him 'court fees' and then ignore you.  Unless you call him a scammer and he has any info on you, then he'll dox you.
