Title: BINANCE - ERC-20 Token transfer -rejected Post by: crypto-noob3456 on June 27, 2019, 06:29:09 PM Dear community.
I am new to crypto. I "accidentially" bought Modum-Token. To use them I need to have them in my personal wallet - not on an exchange. The tokens are currently on Binance. The test transfer of 10 Modum cost 5 Modum and was successful. After that I tried to transfer the remaining >10.000 Modum in one block. That order gets always rejected. Tried 6 times at different times of the day. Binance does not allow to adjust the "fee". I assume that my gas payment is to low. Any advice how to transfer from Binance to a personal wallet with free choice of gas fee? Any other ideas why the larger amount gets rejected? Do I need Ether in the receiving account? (was not necessary for the test transfer) I am grateful for any advice. Best regard Crypto Noob. I contacted BINACE Service - wrote a ticket. After 2 or 3 days i contacted the live-chat. 10 days later and some standard "did you try this and that" answers that were obviously from a list of standard answers I seem to have reached proper technical service. They amended the interface and I was able to withdraw just fine. (After about 20 attemps prior to the fix). So for future: Live chat - technical service. Have a good one. |
