Ideally you should buy from verified suppliers. I was also able to check serial number on official bitman website, so you have minimal risk.

This person is lying. I bought products from "Products4miner.com", which is one of the websites. They honestly sent me the product. Probably the rival of this company and wants to scribble. Please remove this comment.

Seems like a scam to me. It further makes more suspicious since they are claiming "their clients made 189% profit in 2019" and their whois data shows site registered in Jan 2018. My advice- stay away.

Products4miners.com is a fake site. They dont send you any product. All the reviews in the site are fake. There is a review by a customer from Iran in Arabic Language. They don't know people in Iran speak Farsi (Persian)
I talked to them, first they said our warehouse is in Netherland and we ship from here. I asked them is it possible to buy in person in Netherland and they answered you must first pay for it. Then you receive it in two days. I told them I want to visit you in your office in netherland. After 15 minutes they said our warehouse in Netherland is closed. You can just meet us in London. Dont pay for any thing in this site you wont receive any products

Does anyone know if www.eastshore.xyz is scam or are they legit?

There are a few threads saying they are legit (from 2017), and there is this user called "EastShore" which may or not be linked to the website (maybe he's just pretending to be the website's official account) that tried to scam someone.

Bitmain has no official resellers! So anyone claiming they are linked to bitmain is lying to you.
From the ones that do sell bitmain and other mining gear I would probably only trust blokforge (for bitmain and cannan miners)  for and pangolinminer for microbt
