Unfortunately, as a bettor, these are odds that you have to accept. Looking at the previous issues, it seems like a technical fault on the gambling site's end which needs to be fixed. If you still believe that the former is the issue, I think the best thing to do is to email their support. It may take a while based on my past experience for them to respond, so you should try PMing them as well.
