is there way for ebay funds to crypto currency.

Instead, why don't you just find someone who'd buy stuff for you from Ebay and you pay them in BTC? You can use an escrow who will verify the purchases and avoid all the chargeback hell. Escrows can't really help if one of your buyers do a chargeback.

Hey there, I am looking to sell a few hundred dollars worth of BTC for Paypal. I am well aware of the risks associated with charge backs,  and am only looking to start small with hopefully some reputable members here. I am interested in ordering some items from Ebay, and would be looking to swap approximately $100-$300 every week or two. Escrow is always welcomed.
