chainlink  neo  quantum bat nash bibox  raven  tron 30%

digitex  btc2 bomb zcoin     10%

You should remove the coin were not having solid product. i thought that you should remove btc2 zcoin digitex and any other non promising coin. Let's put amount that will get it to another promising coin like bitcoin and anyother coin that listed on top 100 CMC

Get out of BNB and XRP will be the best decision in my opinion because both are centralized. On a side note, BNB may dump anytime once something wrong happen with the exchange.

Preparing a good wallet can be your best wallet to store funds which is needed for bull run, and with 2020 maybe you can start earl; don't wait 'till next year. You can choose trust wallet or metamask in order to make your assets be at safe haven.

But chances of BNB going in near future is less so keeping it for 2019 until its end will give the good profits.

Why ask the best wallet if you are asking to rate your portfolio? your title seems misleading. But I'll give my rating to your portfolio.

Distinguish on how much BTC you have on this total 60%. It's bettet to have more bitcoin than these altcoins. It's nice to have ethereum, LTC and BNB but assure that you are holding more with bitcoin.

How long you have been holding chainlink? don't tell me that you bought it just because of the hype. I would remove nash and tron on this set.

No need for these coins to hold, btc2's pump is done. You should move this 10% to bitcoin.

for bitcoin, only cold storage such as paper wallets that you can hold it there safely.

for anything else, exchange wallets are the best because you need to have your shitcoins ready to be dumped  at a moments notice if you don't want to miss an opportunity and lose money as other people dump it on you.

sorry my english is bad .  i have 10% wallet  in btc but i want to up around 20% .  my first coin is  ether ( 30% ) i love this coin

just focused on bitcoin and ethereum, maybe about 60% from your capital
also another altcoins such as litecoin, bnb, monero and cardano is about 40% from your capital my friend
and store it on hardware wallet, such as ledger nano s or trezor, because in my opinion hardware wallet is the safest wallet

you have good investments 3 row of coins are not so much good but you have only 10% of investments it you have divided investments in good way keep searching for new opportunity and if you get any replace the third row   

   Like you, I hold: BNB, XRP, BTC, ETH, NEO, TRX, ADA. I believe in this coins in long-term. I didn`t stop investing in my portfolio. I`m building my
own for more than 2 years and I plan to hold and grow it in next few years.
   ChainLink and Quantum are two coins that I plan to invest in. Hype around this two is huge, places where I`m active people talk very nice things
about this two coins. That will be my next investment.

There is a lot of decentralized coins out there and not all of them is good enough, But for me, I am investing a large portion over Bitcoin the number 1 and trusted coin in my opinion, And you can sure pinpoint any coins you want and the most well-known you can trust but that would be your decision to make and not with us, But the only Altcoin I can guarantee is ETH and Monero I really like the stability with their ranks and I can really see a great future involving them in your portfolio, And a warning for Stable coins that pretending to be decentralized.

BTC2 still is solid as you can earn with it thru POS but all the rest in the 10% of yours I have no idea. I will sell them if it was mine but I don't know how you come up with the idea to invest on it. Most of the time I just invest to the biggest gainers. Stick to the top ones like the usual advice from the users here. BTC, ETH and BNB is good enough.

We recommend that you choose coins that will surely give you luck in the future, buy 3 to 5 potentially good coins like bitcoin, ethereum, litecoin, and bnb and you must be able to manage their purchases wisely, meaning I buy coins with more funds for better coins.

Your English is good and understandable, you don't have to say sorry about that. Anyway with your wallet of holding bitcoin, I want to encourage you to add more on bitcoin than any other altcoin. Having 30% total ethereum on your total assets is good but don't neglect the importance of having more bitcoin on your stash.

20% is still low for me but if that's what you can afford, you can add a little by little from time to time whenever the market dips. Take that time as an advantage and buying signal so that you can reach your desired percentage of bitcoin on your portfolio.

I have no idea when I have to choose a lot of altcoins in my porfolio. I used to choose for maximum 4 coin to be placr for an invesment including bitcoin. In your portfolio I only interested to choose BTC ETH LTC and BNB and the rest I doubt it will give you profit unless you have known the pump and dump scheme of those coin/token. I've trying to choose new altcoin at the end of 2018 ago, in February 2018 ago the altcoin rose almost 40% and I saw it on CMC but I decide to hold it because it looks like promising if I keep to hold. But I realized now the coin just met pump and dump because its price has decresed a lot.

Your top coins look good, and it is sensible to have a big percentage in really solid coins, including of course BTC. So I'd definitely agree with that part.
The lower coins I'm less sure of, but it is all personal opinion down there. NEO is certainly a good one though.

NEO will only be good if you have the wallet that can also receive the GAS which should be your primary objective when investing to NEO. You can hold it forever and you still can generate income from it.  Almost good to be true but if you store your NEO on binance, the exchange will also distribute GAS for you. This is one of the first coin that have concept of generating dividends and the team are from China.

I agreed with what you are advised to do cause investing in coins that has no solid product, community support and which centralized in nature will lead to you losing your invest. However, coin be on the top 100 CMC doesn't guarantee you a good return either which is why I will advice you to sell the coins you listed in the 10% of your portfolio along with XRP  and NEO and BTC before it too late.

BNB still has a very bright future, so whatever is that you are thinking or wishing will never come to past, except you are the one planning something big for them, so far CZ is still alive, active and keeps maintaining his integrity, nothing will ever happen to Binance. What would pull Binance down is either they scam which I believe will be much impossible because they have already developed to a stage where they have enough profit on their business from time to time.

For the issue of hacking, they have already been beaten once, and I am sure they will never allow such to happen again the second time, the only think I know can affect them then would have been FUD news, and hardly would you see any FUD news affect them, if their hacking experience did not drain them despite all the FUD nothing can drain them.

Am a little sceptical about digitex. The concept of running an exchange without fees is an Herculean task of which they have tried it about two times and failed to mwet up with the set date. So in my opinion why don't you replace it with token like vite

are you only asking for rating ? because your title says  "best wallet " but i dont see that you ask for it on the body of your message   .  anyway , your portfolio looks pretty solid .  i love the diversion of your capital from good to not so good  .  when it comes to wallet , any popular wallet could do but if you have the money you can buy a hardwallet because its more secure than the traditional online wallets  . goodluck  !
