THEY SCAM ME WITH 2450$ USD Post by: nameless69 on June 30, 2019, 04:24:52 PM I was trying to invest son funds on BTC I went to the atm follow the process put my wallet and them I send the funds they print the receipt but the money never clear in my wallet I call the 888 numbers with no lucky ... I lost my money ? I send 8 emails they reply back one time asking my transaction ID but 3 days with no answers

I'm pretty sure that not all ATM manufacturer and operators operate the same way between each other but personally, when I had an issue, the operator (forgot its name) had a number and email on the ATM to contact in case of issues (theirs)... then I learned that what they basically do is contact the manufacturer (Bitaccess) regarding these problems so... I did that myself and it was much quicker. Since Bitcoin of America is only an operator and assuming they operate with their manufacturer the same way I explained above, it's very likely that's the reason why they are taking so much time to respond. Can you disclose here what's their full statement regarding your case? We don't want to be one-sided here. Why they don't want to release your BTC's even you provided them the transaction proof and the receipt. It's quite impossible that such a legit service will just turn out like this. Might be there are part of the story we didn't know. |
