He is spamming for titanprojects. Then just say that in the Report Comment Box. Something along the lines of "Creating multiple new unnecessary topics about the same project. Please review user's post history and delete/nuke." If you really want you could report each thread individually, but reporting the most recent one and explaining the user's behavior is usually enough to get them all trashed.How come your posts are not counted?
