https://i.imgur.com/LX60JVv.jpg Usually bounty manager asked your #proof of authentication post number because its help them to find your post easily on bounty thread . Title: Re: Social Media Campaign sign up Post by: CryptopreneurBrainboss on July 02, 2019, 01:19:17 PM Managers still use that? Occasionally, the submitted numbers don't correspond to your post as the post numbers can easily changes when posts before yours get deleted. That bounty manager asking for your application post number needs to upgrade his data collection method, asking for a link should work just fine.
There are some signs you should look at for before joining any campaigns to avoid issue, I guess this has to be one. This must be an inexperienced manager. As a newbie, OP should read basics in Help page above, and familiarise with forum structure. I still not understood that OP ask for post count or post number. If he asked for postcount, he can find in the link I shown above. If he asked for post number, that is what @Bitlover10 pointed out. However, post number contains disadvantages, as @CryptopreneurBrainboss pointed out. I have never see managers ask for post number in thread. My guess is that they just want to make sure that participants are actually reading and following rules. BM's still asks for the POA link. |
