Altcoins with real use case will never disappoint you on the long run ,altcoins like clear foundation ,Hot (hologen) and skycoin will never disappoint because they have a real use case ,if you choose wisely you Wont have anything to worry about.

There are some altcoins that are BIG if you know how to pick them out ,some are backed by popular bigger companies like Microsoft among others.

Do not choose  coins because they are mineable or they have implemented POS ,without real use case they will die overtime and lose value.

Good point ,many thinks that once a coin has a mining algorithms its a good one,kinda mistakes I did when I still run my mining farm  in the past ,most the coins I mined back then are dead now ,many crappy coins are been released and abandoned months later especially cryptonight algo coins

Premined coins were created for the purpose of making money so we don't have to trust them too much and even now its nothing more than bump and dump tokens or coins.Now again we are going to see a coin from facebook which is still the useless because it backed up by the stable value so bring nothing to the decentralized community and they are trying to keep us trapped.

One thing to take into account before investing and working as bounty hunters for a project is the project team should be strong enough and reputed. If a project is backed up by strong and wealthy team, there is likely that the project will grow in the days to come. Another factor is that technology of the project.

don't say they will never disappoint like you swear with your life on it. Rather say that they will not disappoint.  Apart from the altcoins you just mentioned,  there are still many altcoins with real use cases, some are gone while some are still around.

I think that if you choose out of the top 100, you have a very little chance of making a mistake. Of course the gains will be smaller, but it is less risky.

Plenty of great coins even in the top 600, you just really need to to solid research before committing.

I agree that it is better not to invest in POS coins as they are constantly falling below the baseboard. so far the altcoins in which I have invested and hold over a year only fall and fall. I'm tired of buying them. yet not visible altcoins season

I always say that cryptocurrency is a risky business. You either gain or lose money hence one thing you need to take account before investing in a coin is to know how to choose a profitable coin so you don't waste time.

You are right because it will later come to the use cases of those altcoins that will determine their survival, any alt that does not have a real use case is not worth investing your money. If it doesn't have anyt use case it will just disappear

This a very valid point. Its very important to look out for altcoins with real use case in the world because use case makes a blockchain relevant but the ones without use case are not and will never be relevant. Therefore as an investor, we must look out for project with real use case.

That's a wonderful point you have raised. Use case or working products is one of the attributes of a good platform which have the potential to last long term and therefore worthy of Investing. Most people are yet to understand this, thus the reason why most lose out when they follow hype etc. With the rate this space is going, don't be surprised when any project without use case starts losing its members thus dropping in value.

But the fact majority of coins that can be mined have no something to offer to the holders, the buyers just make miners get more and more money while they must need a lot of effort to get the new money. That doesn't look good at all.

Exactly, but how many altcoins do we have that have a real life usage? Or how many people are willing to invest and then wait for a long period of time in order to realized a good gains? That's why noobs investors just chooses some shitcoins because they don't have that mentality to research and wait to make a good ROI. But if you looked closely, and probably if they don't know how to play the game, they would likely loose more money in the end.

But not all altcoins are hopeless today since there are still potential ones that needs to be hold more because they will eventually give profits once their prices increase. With bitcoins, it has a very high value compared to altcoins and a good investor knows how to diversify their investments with altcoins and bitcoin.

the weakness of altcoin or in this case crypto is that no one has issued a product that can be used. most are just a few developments from blockchain technology, or the development of other internet protocols. and that usually will fail for the long term. if there is indeed a project that issues real use products, it could be a good long-term investment.

I totally agree with you. Altcoins with real users and real products may be worthier and more promising for long-term holding or investment.
Some those coins will have increased prices due to the readiness or launching of the products, of course, it will not happen in the short time because a real product or use will need more times to generate and develop their system and products. I personally also will hold for the long term this kind of altcoins.
But of course, being wiser and more careful is still important, we must also analyze whether the real use, products, and teams are really reliable.

Absolutely right your thoughts is really important in everyday life work of cryptotrader, choosing the best coins or altcoins in the market will make us profited. What we need in order to succeed is make a good research coin preferable for long term and a short term.

You gave good advices. But some coins like NEO, ONT, KCS, TRX which are giving dividends are good choices too.
And DASH with their masternodes is a good choice. But other masternodes coins are useless.
It is not so easy to find which altcoin can become a gem. And new altcoins are poping in the top 100 coins in this year. Thoses coins are the real winners.
But to choose which coin to hold for a long term, old altcoins are more preferable as new altcoins can disappear more easily.

Thanks you mate, what you said is a fact, it is always good to choose wisely, don't buy coins because you see people bagging it, make sure to do some research before investing your fiat on crypto. There are good coins to hold, but you have to do research to know them. Once you hold good coins, even with dip,  you will never get worried because you know it will rise  back.

I recommend to you to pick always altcoins with top10 altcoins in binance exchange or which is listed on coinmarketcap.
For sure choose a coins that have a potential to increase to gain up some money with no high risk of investing.

Im kinda agree on this reasoning but we could not tell in the long, as we could not predict what will happen, there are several reasons why a good project fail in the long run, it all depends on the team behind it, if they could abandoned it, or have been hacked, nothing we can do, but to accept the reality, thats the bad thing about crypto projects, just ride while the iron is hot and be able to play the game.

In this space today, if there is no use case within any project, that project won't likely last long term. With this it can be seen that the crypto space is gradually moving from hype projects to those with use case that is actually working. So we should be expecting more of them as time goes on.

You have a good observation there. I too only invest in altcoins that has a realistics project and usage behind it. Else I only invest on top coins in cryptomarketcap. With the way the market moves lately, one should be very careful when investing.

You are right mate you got the idea, because, later come to the use cases of those altcoins that will determine their long existence, any alt that do not use the real case is not good for investing your money into it.. If it doesn't have anything to use case and  it will be gone for sure.

Well for me choosing is really a very important thing in crypto. Because crypto is all about choosing and if we dont choose coin in a very wise way we can surely loss. So i think we all need to choose wisely for good. I also believe that we really need to control our emotion in crypto so that we can choose the best coin to invest.

I sawany of bounty Hunterd that have been fooled by scammers in yhis time of crypto and many of projects now are not goos so im choosing those good project yhat van actually give us profits is not difficult if we know how to handle those situations.

You need to search the right project to find that good project, and that is not easy as we see right now, many projects still run their ico or ieo. Many of them have delayed their project because of the market situations still not good to them. Maybe after the market is stable, they can get a good position in the market, and for the project that has been run, they can continue and finish the project and reach success in the long term.

I totally agree with you that when making an investment, we have to go for altcoins that really have working products, this is what I do, and this is why I found it very difficult to participate in Pre-ICO, because I feel there is no way you can know if a project really have use case except they have been tested and confirmed, and the only way they can be tested and confirmed is when they have already entered an exchange, and overtime, you have seen the seriousness of the team, and able to monitor if they are really working according to the purpose for which they were established, and also working in line with what is being documented on their whitepaper, if they are following upon their whitepaper promises, then they are worthy to be called an investment.

That is the truth, point blank... If there is no use case then there is no need getting involved with that project. Use case speaks for a project, it shows the world what that project is capable of doing, it shows the world the level of expertise the team has; and it is all these that will attract more investors, users and members into using that project.
It's important we stop listening to hype or giving heed to it.

It's true that without any real use, no project will be lasted for long time and over the time, they will disappear. But which projects you have mentioned will also disappear because they as well don't have any real use. You may claim but to be honest no one is going to use that shit.

There is nothing more to add as you have carefully stated it out. Use case is the main thing in any project and if there is no use case, then the project has nothing to show for. Most projects today turned to pump and dump when investors realized that all that was promised were all hype thus dumping the project. On the other hand, most projects today grew owing to the genuine nature of their use case.

Yes you're right. choosing coins that use POS consensus without real use, it can't be expected. so don't buy this coin.
