Fast support, instant or rapid withdrawals, and a provably fair system is what I look for in every casino I use. Nobody wants to play on a site that could be rigging the games, especially on a newer site. Support's got to be fast for when an occasional error pops up so that the users don't have a negative experience, and fast withdrawals ensure that customers have a smooth and easy experience too.

All fees must be transparent.

If you require KYC of any kind, this must be clear when creating the account. No surprise fee, no surprise KYC, etc.

Fast withdrawals and fast support is good too.

Users have suggested more than necessary features that will help with the development of a perfect casino. To the same I would like to suggest creating the website to have a simple interface which needs to be accessed with ease even by a gambler who is into gambling for the very first time. Another important feature, it needs to be compatible with all devices particularly with mobile phones.

Let me save you some trouble. Don't open a crypto casino now. There are tons of well known casino out there. The market competition is quite high. Why would someone join a new casino and trust that casino despite their being other reputed casinos? You should be providing something new and exclusive feather that other casino don't have.

Build up your trust and reputation first by making your casino trustworthy through providing good service. Like in customer service and support, make sure that there will be specific people that will be focusing on that concern. Next for me would be the fairness of your casino, every gambler wants that although we know that casino's are actually making from their gamblers.

It's not so easy to build up a new crypto casino, you'll hardly get any patronizers at the initial stage as there are so many reliable ones that have been in the game longer.
You'll need a good strategy to begin with, you must create a site that users will be relaxed to play on, make it secure, easy to use.
Also the absence of KYC is a big plus.

Customer support, provable fairness, automatic withdrawals, at least one fully functioning game and a clear, ease to navigate UI are the main concerns.

Beyond that, you will need to consider marketing, SEO, further development, auditing and security and compliance with any regulations.

Just look at the overlapping features between current casinos, and you'll quickly find what is mandatory and what is optional.

I think starting a crypto casino now is a tough business. There are already too many of them. Your casino should be truly unique in order to attract gamblers to play on your site. NO KYC, Fast and responsive support, Provably fair, Top Notch Security, Attractive UI should be a standard to all casinos.
One feature you can take advantage of is withdrawal fees. Most casinos have zero withdrawal fees but they still deduct tx fees. Maybe yours can eliminate that. Gamblers will be glad if they can withdraw their money without any fees at all, even tx fees.

i agree with the above-mentioned list. but how about the gambling licenses? i think if he is seriously building his online gambling business, he needs to consider the legalities of his site.
having a license means the site has long-term goals to stay in the business.
the list above can be accomplished by a good developer but he should be considering the business side also...

Players' experience, UI/UX, none of it would happen if you do not have the money to pull it off first. So if you gave us a bit more information on what kind of budget you had, we'd be able to collectively and objectively give you better answers.

For me, I prefer a casino that paid on time, processed deposits on time, made it clear how much the house edge is, a clean and attractive UI. Most importantly, it shouldnt be privacy intrusive as in asking for my ID documentation. I hate that. But on the occasion where it is an utmost necessity, they must ensure that it is handled securely and transparently so that there are no leaks.

As long as your site has provably fairness and also fast response from support, it should be already enough for us as gambler.

Secure, good customer support, competitive house edge, no KYC (register/run your business from a different jurisdiction if that's an issue), provably fair. If you'd like to convince others to invest in your bankroll to take the risk of variance on themselves in exchange for a cut in the profits, it'd be a good idea to partner with someone trustworthy to act as an auditor, the way bustabit/bustadice do it.

A site where I can place a sports bet by sending BTC to an address, and than if I win then it sends my winnings to the address that I sent the btc from.

Or any bet, doesnt have to be sports. but that ensures that KYC is nonexistent

I think all the criteria that I also looking for in crypto gambling site was already stated above. But the most important for me are those Instant withdrawals and No KYC needed. I know all of us want instant withdrawal but we don't know that fast withdrawal is also high fees charge. And having KYC is most likely avoided to some gamblers, they want to remain anonymous and not revealing their personal identity maybe they afraid to expose with someone else.

To have fast withdrawal incurring minimal fee, an online casino should integrate lightning network in that case. So even if you are a not a high-roller, you can always play in that site without worrying to deposit big amount of money. Provably fairness is a must on my end, where a player can always check the fairness of his bet.

I can't agree more with your statement. Customer support is just so important on not to lose some of your customers because of slow support or the lack of it but as i have observed most of the crypto casino i used have excellent support and got no problem with it.

Instant deposit and withdrawal without any requirements for KYC and of course a fair gambling site. These are the things that I wanted to see on any gambling site because I want to get my money easily since I own it and of course I don't want to expose my identity as much. Many things to consider and its not easy to do your own crypto gambling site.

This is the bare minimum that you should go for. You're going to be going against other casinos that have the same, so you have to differentiate yourself further if you really want "make it." Look at what other casinos are doing poorly and try to see how you can make a difference

Sounds like someone that is trying to discourage competition.  Casino business is one of the easiest industries to be in, it is always a guaranteed profit after enough time.  Doesn't take much to build trust, players are hungry to gamble and will use the first one you throw in their face.
