I have ordered 2 from two different people over the years for it to never come

Transferwise gives you IBAN accounts for every major country currency, before going to the ATM , exchange the money that you have on that card with your country currency. The Euro account is from a very good german bank. PayPal is the number 1 payment processor, but TransferWise is very good. |
