I believe this account is probably hacked or sold and the funny thing about it is that it has a trust flag and the user itself supported it, probably the one that uses this account is a total weird. Asking to buy red trust isn't as weird as you think, it's obvious trolling which quite normal. A really lame attempt at trolling, but obvious trolling.
